Nope no service no customers

Cashier was smiling and laughing with her coworker. As I went to pay for my items and the lady didn’t look, smile at me or talk to me. She scanned my item and asked me how I wanted to pay. No telling my the total, no asking if I found everything, nothing. After I paid I said “thank you” and she didn’t say anything, look at me, or smile. As I walked away, I said “I hope you have a good day!” and still not a peep.

Great big thanks to the rude staff who decided to help me out. Do you believe, in today's day and age, a technology company like staples does not have wifi? I brought my laptop in to do a few hundred color copies but I was told I needed to have the documents on my phone because if I had them on my computer I would have to go home and get them? Seriously? she never heard of a portable computer that could leave a house? Instead of loaning a USB stick or something, the staff recommended I go to McDonald's or Tim Hortons, use their WiFi, email the documents to Staples, come back and do my copying? Seriously? I usedy phone to Google another place that did color copying in town. This is why I would like to thank the tecono challenged staff because the place I found is doing my work for me and charging me .45 each instaed of .78, sweet deal for me.

It's good

The service at Staples in North Battleford is great. I was treated with respectand promptly. I will be doing my business here permanently. The young man that waited on me was not pushy, rude and he was honest and answered my questions. He did not look down at me because I told him I was technologyilliterate. He told me he was there to help me. That is why he and the store got my five stars.

Visit started off a little rough, the manager and a very knowledgeable employee sorted everything out. I thank you for your professionalism, patience and the timely manner everything was dealt with.

Some are very helpful. Some not so much. Have bought a few computers here and was always happy with the experience. We left without one this time as the guy we had wasn't as knowledgeable as the last guy. Good help is hard to find. This is a great store overall!

They never pick up the phone, when they say, we will try to connect you, with an Associate in store, no-one picks up! Called again, after several attempts, finally get to talk to someone, who know nohing what I am talking about so, they said Manager will call you on Monday, I wait for call on Monday, no call, so I call later on Monday, Manager who was suppose to call, was not in today, so ask to speak to Manager on duty, cashier says, the Manager who was suppose to be on Duty today is not in and she is the only one to deal with your issue, I ask to speak with the Manager on Duty, cashier says, she is on the other line, please hold, ....I been holding... for 15 minutes now!.....still holding..........how long do I hold for???? This is long distance. 17 minutes........
