Terrible experience. Called numerous times to book an appointment, finally got an appointment, and after an hour of waiting for the technician to show up at the agreed upon time, called to speak to Mike. Mike was super defensive about them being late, said I didn't understand the service industry" and hung up on me. Called back a few times

Would highly recommend Murfin Brothers Water Systems for all of your water/well needs. They helped my family and I drill a new well and install a new filtration/pump system after a fire destroyed our home. Mike was great at communicating everything to us in a timely manner and made sure to check in from time to time as we progressed through our reconstruction. 5 out of 5 stars!

We had an awful experience from start to finish. Mike Crawford promised" to "get to the bottom of the problem" and help fix the issue we had in our well. That all sounded great. He positioned himself as an expert while demeaning the reputation of another service provider in our area so we thought this would be a great option. After discussing the problem by phone and NOT actually diagnosing the issue (like the other company had already done)

This is for a visit in June 2023. Mike sent someone over lickety split - even though they were booked solid - to fix something simple that could have turned out to be a complete nightmare, and I was highly anxious about the nightmare part of what it could have been, worst case scenario. All that needed replacing were these two fittings rather than an extensive excavation that would've been thousands. Thanks Mike, I definitely dodged a bullet!

We needed new filters for our reverse osmosis system. Mike and his staff have been punctual, courteous and very professional.The advice given has been honest, and the follow up was excellent.We know need a new water softener, and I am pleased to use this company again.

Murfin Pumps have been my Go-To place for over 35 years. Decades ago they quickly rebuilt an ancient Jet Pump for me and eventually I asked them for a Submersible Pump with higher pressure and new Pressure Tank to be installed. It was quickly and efficiently done. Recently I experienced a Pressure drop and Jim provided a new Pressure Switch and helpful recommendations for me to install it. There was a tightly packed area of debris in the inlet passage of the old one.I recommend Murfin Pumps to everyone who asks.

Run from this company ! We wasted almost $15,000 dollars and had horrible water in the end. We had 2 wells- one that had great water but sometimes we ran dry and another well that was deal but had nasty water. Mike assured us he could treat it. We spent more and more money as he also said he needed to fine tune the water but When I contacted water inspection centre they faxed me copy that Mike at Murfin’s had received right from the beginning that said they didn’t recommend treating our water as it was untreatable ! What a scam !!!! And what a shame because the previous owner had a great reputation. Mike and John should be ashamed of themselves. The equipment was Garbage and mike was a bully. We went to the water depot and have gone back to using our old smaller well. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!! I should have sued them. We were just consumed with other stuff at the time. I believe KARMA will get them in the end

Muffin brothers came out because my pump wasn’t keeping pressure and kept coming on. They replaced the pump at a cost of almost 1500.00 to me. He left and the issue was still happening. Called him and told him that the issue was not resolved. We turned the pump off because of risk of fire or burning out the brand new pump. It was coming on every 2 minutes. He told me to turn off the pump and turn it on when I needed. He said they were really busy and they would call me back. That was Tuesday. Still no call back. Still no water. Terrible customer service. Wouldn’t recommend them
