The representative I had was very unprofessional.. He had his personal cell phone up to his ear talking with someone while dealing with customers.

As the previous review the night shift guy closes shop when ever he feels like it closes the shop for cleaning over half and hour and no where insight closes the shop to hangout with his buddies in the back. I actually called him out on it and then he came and unlocked the door. Also very rude when he's the one being disrespectful and doing whatever he likes just because there is a bunch of homeless people around the store causing problems and stealing. He shouldn't be putting everyone in the same category and if he hates his job he can quit.

Ever since hiring new night staff has no respect closes store for prolonged hours of night when the store says its open. He's disrespectful and rude to clients and has zero customer service skills.

Store was closed for cleaning around 1:40 am, opened for a minute around 2:15 and still hasn't opened at 2:20
