Mac Spot Canada can’t be beat in terms of service, helpfulness and knowledge. Made my purchase and have been so pleased with my new laptop. Spent so much time with them making sure all my extra peripherals would plug in and work for me. There would be no point in buying something that I couldn’t hook up all my other toys to. They were so helpful. Travelled 4,00miles just to deal with them

Mac Spot has been amazing. They have fixed both my older model iMac, replacing the hard drive. More recently, my daughter's laptop. The services is clear the Mac Spot team answers all of my questions to my satisfaction. I trust them, and reached out when planning to buy an artists tablet for my kiddo for Christmas and they were super helpful. I have another repair for a kid's phone that needs to be done, and know that I will give them my business.

The owner of this place came across dishonest and very shady after I tried to purchase a used ( or as he claimed Amazon returned, out of box ) smart watch.There was no price on the product, another model of watch next to it was priced at 50$.I inquired, after much searching on his computer, (2 people had to look for it) he told me that the brand new goes for over a 100$ and so the price is 65$. The pricing seemed random and made up. So I offered to pay 50$. Told him I was going to send it overseas and since it didn’t look fresh and new it seemed like a fair offer, and he would have a loyal and happy customer for it.He (with a lot of attitude ) said NO, there are many kids coming through here and will buy it for whatever price I tell them.I told him that I would pay the price he asked but that he was going to get a review from me regarding his pricing.At that time the owner decided that the watch was no longer available for sale to me.As a legit businessman and owner, his products should be priced. If they are randomly priced depending on the customer ( kids who will pay anything) or others, the business seems shady and dishonest.

People work here were able to fix my old 12 inch Macbook which had several issues and thought it can't be fixed. the whole process was very seamless and communication including updates, payments, pick up time were fantastic!

I see now why this guys has awesome reviews , despite being a small business they do everything by the book from the digital registration to the email communication.Very nice family run business , they are very upfront with the information and the estimate time to repair the computer .They said 3-4 business days and they did deliver it on time . Business owners like this place make people like me believe more in the small businesses and not put my wallet under the control of the big guys .I will definitely go back here if i need any computer help.Thank you my computer looks much better now ,

Amazing 3rd party store by Apple great service great products. I bought a MacBook Air form them last year for an amazing price Bets place to buy any used refurbished apple products.

I was quoted a ridiculous amount from Apple and another Apple approved retailer for a new keyboard on my MacBook. I found this place online, it had great reviews. I took it in and it was 1/3 of the cost everyone else quoted me. They were incredibly friendly, helpful and quick!
