Love this school and the owners! My son is swimming in a short span of time and I feel confident that he is safe in water ! Highly recommend Anne-Marie and the team! They are very dedicated and passionate that the students succeed and advance in the program!

Ann-Marie and her team (at the Courtyard Marriott Brampton) are amazing! They are very hands on, and help calm new parents with little ones learning how to swim. If you are an adult who always have been wanting to learn how to swim, this is EXACTLY the place you are looking for. The instructors make you feel so comfortable yet confident. The class sizes are small so you really get that attention and instruction you need to progress and learn. You will be swimming on your back by the second lesson!! I am so happy with my progress so far and will recommend this swim school to anyone at any age.

I have nothing but great things to say about my recent experience with British Swim School. If you want to learn to swim and be comfortable in the water--I highly recommend them. Taking swimming lessons as an adult can be quite intimidating. From the first lesson to the final lesson both my instructors, Cameron and Manpreet, were always consistent with patience and encouragement towards me. I looked forward to every lesson. Always greeted with a warm smile and a friendly hello from the other staff members was also special. Thank you Cameron, you helped me conquer my fear and smash personal goals!!!. Cameron is a really good coach. I signed up for adult 1, he gave me very helpful tips after observing, to help me improve every session. I am definitely more confident and happy to learn this valuable skill.

My boys have been attending the British Swim School for the past 2 years and I have seen so much improvement in their swimming skills and confidence in the water. The instructors are very patient, attentive and dedicated to their students. They take time to gently introduce the little ones to the water and are gentle and supportive to the younger children that are fearful or have differing developmental abilities. Cameron, Ann-Marie, Sean and the team are truly awesome at what they do!

My daughters had a 5 year break from swimming after we moved countries and came to Canada 2 years before Covid struck. They had forgotten everything they had learnt by the time we enrolled them with the British Swim School at the Courtyard Marriott and the Bovaird Dr LA Fitness centres with Ann-Marie’s team. Within 3 months my kids were doing backstrokes and practising holding their breath under water! Each instructor they got at each level starting from Starfish through till Turtle - Banpreet, Jarred and Khaleel - were excellent for each stage! While Banpreet gradually coaxed them back into the water, Khaleel made swimming awesome fun and Jarred helped build confidence. Ann-Marie herself keeps track of each child’s progress which we were very impressed with, given how many enrolments they have at any given time. I myself am so glad and relieved to have found this team at the British Swim School. My husband feels this place is better structured with lessons than where our kids went earlier in USA and the results prove it. I would recommend this team to anyone always !

My 5 years old son and 8 years old little sister started their swimming lesson with BSS Courtyard in June and it was the best decision ever. They both loved it, they always look forward for their weekly lesson and so excited to learn new skills. They both learned very quick and was so happy about their confidence in the water. They also love the idea of graduating to next level and you can see their effort they put in in learning. Their instructors were amazing, they love their instructors Jarred and Banpreet as they are very skilled and made them feel very comfortable. Will definitely enrolling back in the summer.

I could not have had a better experience as I had learning to swim as an adult with British Swim School. The progress I have made in just a few weeks is amazing and I can confidently say I now know how to swim!! The team and our instructor Cameron tailor to each individuals progress and have accomplished what I believed was impossible. I look forward to my lessons every week and am excited to be able to use my skills in the future. I would definitely recommend the school to anyone interested. It is the best decision I could have made for myself!

My experience with British Swim School was positive.My 7 year old child who has ASD seeing the confident and enthusiasm she had just being in the pool with her instructor put a smile on my face and also hers.The level of patients and understanding with them made me feel very confident that they know how to handle my child. It’s unfortunate she couldn’t continue cause we moved up North and the drive would be to much for me. I wish they had a location up North I would definitely have her back in swimming.I wish the staff/ instructors all the best.
