Professional, safety conscious, courteous and honest people. They cut large trees on our property in difficult locations and cleaned up after themselves. The price was competitive, they arrived when they said they would and their teamwork and expertise was a pleasure to watch.--

They were extremely helpful in pointing out what should be done to make my property more appealing and beneficial to the health of the trees. They also were quick to point out what cuttings that should be done by Nova Scotia Power which was an advantage to as that work would be at no cost to me. They left no visible debris behind so the work was all done neatly and efficiently. It was a pleasure to have them do work for me. I would highly recommend their services.

These guys were great! I'd recommend these guys to anyone. Fraser gave me great advice when it came to deciding on what to do with a Red Maple in my front yard, and Dave and Blair did a great job trimming and pruning it.

We booked this team a number of weeks ago. The sales team came out and provided a quote.We needed them to remove some logs and branches that we had pulled out from our treed lot and cut down a large tree close to the house.They arrived and met with my wife who showed them the two areas that needed to be cleaned up and the two trees that needed to be cut down.They arrived on time and quickly went to work placing our large pile of cut and decaying trees in the chipper. After removing them they raked up and cleaned all the remaining small pieces. They even pulled out a blower to clean up the space.They found some shade grabbed lunch and afterwards knocked out all the other tasks.They expertly tied a rope to the large tree and cut it down without any issues.They checked in before they left to confirm all was good.They are hard working and courteous.We will use them again.

Caring professional efficient capable group top to bottom. Really helped us out of a bind quickly when our trees fell on our neighbour’s house during a storm. They prevented further damage and gave massive peace of mind to all of us responding so quickly. And just such a lovely group of people to deal with.

We have a mature yard that required extensive pruning and some tree removal. Arbor NS did an excellent job! We were very pleased with the results and could not believe the difference in the yard. I would highly recommend them.

Very friendly and professional service. Kirk explained exactly what needed to be done, how much it would cost and how long it would take. Everything was done perfectly and clean up was great. Our large spruce looks beautiful and healthy.Would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to call again if the need arose.

I've never had a worse experience with a company! These guys are crooks. We had arbor plant come out and do a quote for 11 trees around our property. The amount although expensive seemed reasonable. It was $1000 We had 2 in the back very close to the house, one fallen tree and the others were scattered and a ways back. In order to save costs I purchased a chain saw and cut down and removed 8 of the trees, leaving only the two close to the house and the fallen one. They came a few days later, nice guys, I told them I had cut down most of them, no problem they said. They did their thing. Trees came down, no issues. I hadn't had time to cut up the fallen one yet so I told them to do it. A few days later we got our bill and they charged us the entire $1000! Of course we phoned because we thought they had just made a mistake thinking the price would be much less expensive. It wasn't a mistake! After back and forth phone calls they said they'd be willing to take off $150! In the end we ended up paying $850 for 2.5 trees when it was originally $1000 for 11 trees. These guys are crooks. I would not recommend them to anyone and I'm also putting in a complaint to the better business bureau. They took advantage of me and the only recourse I've got is to warn others not to hire them.
