We hired Lumos Events for our wedding, which was in August 2019. We had the absolute pleasure working with this team because of their organizational and management skills. Lumos Events ensured all of our pre-wedding events, wedding ceremony and reception ran as smoothly as possible. There is literally nobody else we could have thought of to help us with organizing the wedding of our dreams! Because of how intense and detail-oriented Sikh weddings can be, we wanted to ensure we hired a team who could keep up with these strong demands. We are so thankful for all of their help. They were patient and accommodating with all of the tasks at hand. Sandeep (Lumos Events’ main wedding planner) understood our needs and went above and beyond with everything. We had the pleasure of having Sandeep as our Day Of Coordinator for the ceremony and reception for my sisters wedding 3 years ago and she did such an exceptional job that I knew i had to book her for Day of Coordinator for my Wedding and Reception. I had no doubt that she would deliver, and that she did.It is extremely stressful planning a wedding with the uncertainty of Covid which made me anxious so hiring Sandeep was a no brainer! Sandeep contacted me once we got close to the wedding day and took the lead by reviewing all of my contracts and contacting vendors immediately, she also brought certain things to my attention that i did not think of.Sandeep also went above and beyond when my Husband was having difficulties with his bow tie - she called her Fiancé and he came within minutes to the hall to help! On my wedding day, my hair artist couldn’t stay back to set my dupatta and so Sandeep took the initiative to do it for me and it was perfect ( these are just two example of many of when she went above and beyond).That said, with the help of Sandeep and her amazing team, everything went smoothly, everything was on time, and we did not go into overtime.Sandeep is extremely punctual, friendly and easy to work with and I would definitely recommend her to future brides.

Everything was on schedule (even with 600+ guests being invited!) and we were able to enjoy the moments with our loved ones.
