Our bathroom floor is now heated and we love how that worked out. We purchased an easy mat system and can't be happier with it: it was easy to install and works great

Your name has Ottawa in it but you are located in Vaughn. I called to get a driveway installation but you also do not have an installer in Ottawa. You only manufacture and sell the product, you are no different than Amazon, you should not have Ottawa in your name, very deceiving. Edited: Made a suggested name change and it was accepted.

I'm a handy guy but by no means an experience HVAC person. I installed the EasyMat system that was designed and provided with all the necessary components. It's been working wonderfully for a year now, but I had a problem I didn't understand when I tried to start it up again for this season, I noticed the thermostat and controller didn't seem to have proper power. Juan in tech support helped me with a very simple solution even though it was just because of my lack of experience. Every time I have called their customer support and tech support I've always been treated with respect and I really appreciate that with this company. If you want to know if you will get quality and service with your heated floor system, I can honestly say Heavenly Heat provided it for me.

Purchased and installed snow melt system in November – best decision ever. I was the only one among my neighbours who did not have ice accumulating on the porch and from stairs. No need to use chemicals to melt ice. You only turn it on when needed. I usually wake up at 5am, check outside, turn one heating if needed and continue doing my morning routine, by the time I have to leave there is no ice left on my front porch. Installation was not very easy so I left it for professionals, but otherwise it is a great product. Thanks to Heavenly Heat!
