DR GALLAY and his team are awesome! This is my 2nd shoulder injury and they take care of you and walk you through every possible option! Unlimited stars for sure!! My appointment was on time. I felt very comfortable with their covid protical.

Thank you to all the staff at DBJS and Ajax Lakeridge Hospital...I was so nervous going in but everyone was professional and polite like literally intake nurses and post surgery nurses Everyone. Thank you all for making this scary experience easy for me...Dr Gallay Thank you for being honest and I feel that there is hope....feeling well mentally now to healing ❤️

Dr. Joel Lobo is an excellent orthopedic surgeon! My son had shoulder surgery couple of months back and this doctor was very thorough in assessing risk, and carefully guided my son through a treatment plan both pre and post surgery. My son had to haveshoulder arthroscopic anterior stabilization, inferior capsular shift Cassiopeia procedure, and rotator cuff repair. Dr. Lobo takes the time to thoroughly explain the scope of the problem, including both the procedure necessary and the post surgical care/rehab. His suggestions post surgery were very helpful. The patient just needs to listen carefully and follow Dr. Lobo’s instructions and everything should be fine. We are very grateful for the treatment and care he gave our son.

I recently had hip surgery. The surgeon Doctor Kajeandra was excellent for both pre op and aftercare, he explained everything clearly and was prepared to listen to my concerns and answer any questions.I stayed in hospital slightly longer after surgery but the surgeon came to see me personally the next day, he explain the complications and how they could be managed. Six weeks on discharged and ready to go. Thank you to the team.

Had read a few bad reviews about this place so was not sure what to expect. Any fears I may have had were immediately dispelled by the friendly and professional attitude of the receptionists. So I had to wait a bit - that's to be expected at any medical or dental or veterinary appointment. The PA, Daniel, I saw was very friendly, knowledgeable and put my mind at rest with regards to the state of my knee. Highly recommend.

I have been a patient here for a couple of years with shoulder problems. Had 3 cortisone shots but surgery became necessary. Thank you to Physician's Assistant David Avrahami for your great care. And thank you to Dr Gallay for your care & understanding. Day 3 post surgery & so far so good. Again thank you for the wonderful care I was given. I will highly recommend your office to others.

I just came from my appointment and I am very disappointed. The appointment was booked a month+ for my hands/wrists only to find out today that they only specialize in shoulder. The PA who saw me was unable to explain why no one at the office called me to advise they don't deal with hand/wrist, which would have given me the opportunity to book elsewhere BUT thats money in their pocket for doing nothing. In addition, the PA also tried to tell me that my hand injury should have healed by now based on actuality and NOT theory. Hello, everyone heals at different rate. He then tried to tell me the pain is mental more than anything else. REALLY, Since when did the PA become a specialist in hand/wrist injuries?I also find this office is VERY pushy when it comes to the cortinsone injection BUT that's easy money in their pocket again.The PA was unable to answer my questions that he needed to leave the room to consult with the surgeon. After waiting for about 10 minute I got up and left the room. At receptionists, I saw the PA and the doctor in which the PA asked if I wanted to see the doctor mainly for the shoulder injury, which I was not there for, BUT they wanted to discuss the cortinsone injection, and once again, money in their pocket.Finally, when I was leaving after I rejected to see the doctor, the PA asked if I wanted a referral to a specialist, in which I replied, I will have my family doctor do so. As I stepped out on the other side of the door, the PA said your loss". I re-entered the office and confronted the PA which he then changed his story and said that he was saying that he can help me.... the only thing he wanted to help was get money in his pocket BUT THIS TIME

After waiting for months foa an appointment, showed up om time for my appointment and waited for over an hour to be seen for 5 minutes and shipped out.Do not recommend this clinic.

1st. Visit to this location.Just a heads-up that underground parking in pretty tricky even though before your appointment their staff guides you thoroughly how to get to the clinic.Very professional and helpful staff on duty to serve you.
