Revy tech got broken into 2 years ago it seems, had my almost new phone there to be fixed at the time. The broken phone got robbed. I asked for some sort of compensation. There was talk of the insurance from revy tech covering it, but no follow up from revy tech even after countless emails. When asked again the owner was very dismissive and aggressive about it. They had a chance to make it right and they didn't... I personally wouldn't touch these guys even with a 10 foot pole, their word doesn't seem to be of important value to them.

Do not bring any electronics here for repair.Brought a laptop and charger here last August for a charging port replacement. took 4.5 weeks to repair, once I went to pick, pay 150$ for the repair, I ask for my charger back as well and the guy says I never had one. They said they'd look for it and call me back. After 4 weeks of calling them and being told still looking"

Had my Xbox back I action in about 48 hours. Microsoft told me to go buy a new console and all it needed was a new power unit. Quick and affordable. 100% will use thier services again.
