Pedi N Nails Bowmanville

I've been here twice so far, I was referred by my sister who swears by them, and both times they were amazing!!! I've been to many nail places and this place is my favourite. They listen to what design you request and nail it, 10/10 :)

Extremely disheartened by the poor experience I received today, after being a loyal customer to this salon for serval years. I had an appointment with my preferred nail artist and upon arrival I was told that my appointment was cancelled due to an emergency. Obviously unexpected circumstances arise, and there is no way to predict the unexpected. However I did expect a courtesy call before arriving. No one offered to do my daughters and mine nails in replacement. Just sorry for your luck, good bye. It was later in the day, and I wasn’t able to secure any appointments with any salons in the surrounding area due to the beautiful weather the salons were very busy. I know this sounds very entitled, and poor me, first world problemish, but I have a vacation the following day and I found this extremely unprofessional and thought it would be helpful for anyone looking for a salon in Bowmanville

****DIRTY*****Horrendous experience. I was cut and was bleeding twice, service seemed rushed. They did not honour the appointment I made and I was waiting 30 mins for my bio gel to begin.All of the nail files, drill bits, nail cutters and foot scrappers were reused amongst customers. Nothing was sanitized or thrown out.My nails were bumpy and uneven. Looks very amateur.

I’ve been going to Pedi and Nail since they opened. Gina always greets her customers by name and takes care to make sure everyone is a priority.

I love this nail salon, I have been to many different places and this is my #1 choice by far! The people are amazing and always do their best to make your day go as perfect as you’re hoping for! The prices you can’t beat!! In all honesty I have been to more expensive places and they didn’t even do half the job this place does! Alisha is AMAZING if you are looking for ANY nail designs.Anyways I wanted to share my experiences in a few words but it’s impossible. Go book!! You won’t be disappointed.

They were friendly and professional. It’s always a pleasure to go there and be treated so wonderfully. The pedicure is so relaxing with a foot and lower leg massage. They honestly take the stress right out of you. My manicure was done perfectly to my liking.

They are always amazing here. My aunt told me about them when we moved here. Reasonable prices and amazing customer service. Call ahead because they are busy most days. But they do a great job even when busy!

They do an awesome job. I am extremely satisfied every time. Very efficient and quick.

I've got my nails done here a few times and today they turned me away because my 2 daughters just wanted to get their nails painted with regular nail polish. I was told they were too busy after the young woman disappeared behind a wall to talk to someone. It was very obvious that they turned us away because there was not enough money in the service for them. There were only a couple of customers and 2-3 workers doing nothing else when I walked in. Very sad. They have lost all my future business and recommendations.
