I originally gave Dufresne a 5 star review because they truly had earned it. The sales staff were great and the products they sell are of a high quality. However, I'm changing my review to 1 star because they failed on post purchase support. When the table and chairs were delivered we told them within 48 hours that the chairs were not sitting at even heights. They tried replacing the legs which did not work. Then they sent another person to look at them which they weren't sure what to do. After having 2 different techs look at the chairs, I took a look and realized that the legs had been installed incorrectly on several chairs. I removed them myself and reinstalled them. Now all the chairs except one were fixed. When I reported the issue they said it hadn't been reported early enough and it wasn't their problem. Very frustrating post sales experience. And don't waste money on the white glove delivery because they will build the furniture incorrectly.

My wife and I wanted a couch with a few functions that none of their showroom inventory had. Their salesperson showed us one we could order from Winnipeg with the features we were looking for, but we were apprehensive to buy furniture we couldn't see or feel in person. The salesperson was adamant if we didn't like it when it arrived we could exchange it for any other couch they carried. Although skeptical, we went through with it. As soon as we got it a couple weeks later we realized it wasn't for us. Luckily for us, they followed through with their promise and let us exchange it right away for a completely different style couch we couldn't be happier with. They sent delivery people who carried the old couch out of our apartment, brought the new couch in, unpackaged it and set it up, and didn't even charge us an exchange fee or an extra delivery fee! I was very impressed with the follow-through of their gracious exchange policy, and I would recommend them to anyone because of it!

The worst shop in town. Staffs are very rude. I suggest all people don't buy furnitures from here. Only they will smile when you come to purchase the product. After sales service is the worst and stupid. They says lame excuses for not to give any services. DON'T BUY FURNITURE FROM HERE.

Tabitha was amazing! She worked with us to price compare and took the time to ensure all our questions were answered. I’m so excited for our new washer and dryer! Their warranty is so perfect because if you don’t need to use it, after 3 years the purchase cost goes towards in store credit! What a great incentive!Great service, highly recommend

The sales person was very friendly and when we bought a floor model item the were very helpful to move it around so I could inspect it.

Sara was awesome! She very quickly wanted to help and actually went out of her way to help us find something for our needs and budget. First time in a furniture store the wife and I didn't have this hovering pushy sales feeling. She did great accommodating us and even got a hug from my 2 yrs old. Great place for us and we will definitely be returning

Purchased couch and loveseat from here and within 2 years we started having trouble with the material under the cushions. We bought the extended warranty so we thought no problem. Well the company that does their warranty is a joke. I wouldn't recommend buying from here.

I was mislead and quite frankly lied to by the sales personThe management there said they would put it up the chain and their solution to that was to have the salesman who lied to me call rather than a manager call and hear me out.I have sent 3 emails over the last year and no one has responded.I will see you in court.PS. I post this online and now they respond and give me the standard nonsense here. No one reached out to find out what the issue was. Their response is smoke and mirrors. I still have 3 emails they have yet to respond to.
