The young girl working in the beauty department yesterday evening was extremely helpful. I didn’t get her name but hopefully she gets some kind of recognition. Would definitely come back to purchase more products. Thank you again!- One happy customer

The guy who works in shipping/receiving is a cool guy. Accepted a small box delivery at noon even though he was just leaving for his lunch hour and literally almost out of the store. Definitely cares about his job (and other people apparently) to do this on his own time. Saved me 1 hour of waiting because I would've had to come back at 1 pm.

I've been going here for over 3 years. The pharmacy staff are super friendly and helpful. They take the time to answer your questions and they prepare your prescriptions in a timely manner. Wide selections of products and groceries. Lots of parking available.

Pharmaprix is a great shoppers store it’s such a wonderful environment I’ve met so many fantastic people at this Pharmacy in this environment I’ve came here on several occasions to shop and I’m nearby so it doesn’t take me long to pass by for a visit.People here are so kind and so helpful towards anything and everything it’s amazing .

Dec/21 I filed a complaint in writing to this location & their Headoffice. I am disabled/amputee, obviously I required assistance to place my purchases on the counter then to place at least 5 large bags to my wheelchair. The agent couldn’t be bother at ALL. I was disturbing her. In my complaint to pharmaprix personally I would have fired her, 1- discrimination against a disabled, 2-Rudeness, 3- if I was able to leave the purchases valued approx 300.00 I would have but they were part of my grandsons Christmas Present and he was coming the following day, Grandmothers don’t disappoint their grandchildren especially during the holidays. The amount of energy it took to get there, in the cold is 100 times a person who is fortunate to not be missing a limb. I have several emails and apparently she was written up which I don’t believe at all. This was also my pharmacy for medication which I changed to Unprix. I will never purchase their again. If a human being can treat any disabled person as such she doesn’t deserve to be employed.

Waited 30 minutes to get a kids Gravol handed over from a 2 meter distance to the cash register. No lineup of people, asked if they could please charge this item , I was told to wait for the other lady. After 10 minutes the lady who told me to wait is the one who ends up doing the transaction. Very little sense of customer service. Pharamaprix, you should provide better service

when you pay your bills of medicines, please check the amounts. You may be charged more than that you should by comparing the official receipts and the amounts paid

This is the case where I had one of my worst experiences. The woman working in the cosmetics was very rude and impolite. I was talking via what’s up and showed by camera someone what he asked me from pharmacy . The woman from cosmetics jumped out of nowhere by asking me to stop taking pictures, I could hardly explain one of pharmacy employees that I was showing a thing via video but not taking pictures. She smiled and helped me. I’m surprised because of her impolite attitude which she had. Then after everything I passed through the store and start taking pictures, as I do it always for Google

Worst and slowest pharmacy in the area. Do not go there to get your prescription there. It took them 1 hour to prepare" 2 pills. In addition
