I had an amazing experience at La Bella, thanks to my awesome friend Kevin, treating me to this wonderful Spa.This is my first visit, I was just expecting a regular facial but to my surprise, it's beyond five stars, I feel better than ever, my skin feel amazing, refresh and firm. Jonathan was professional, and super nice, explaining all I needed to know about the services, and Clara was very gentle and make me feel comfortable and relaxed. Would definitely recommend everyone go and give this place a try, you'll be thanking yourself.

Vivian is amazing !! She is very knowledgable and would give you excellent advice for the treatments. A must try place in Richmond for facials and other procedures.

I had the most amazing treatment at La Bella. I very rarely write reviews but I'm so impressed I had to let everyone know how great this place is. Adriana was extremely professional and knowledgeable, made me feel very comfortable and explained in detail the whole treatment process. My skin felt so amazing after, I loved it.I really liked how comfortable the bed was, I would give it 10 starts if I could. I've been to other places before and the beds were very firm and not nearly as comfortable.Overall it is one of the best Spa's I've ever been and I will most definitely be back.If you're reading this and debating weather you wanna give it a try please read no more and book the appointment, you won't regret it.

Adriana, Jon and their crew of professional technicians are genuinely kind and caring for their clients and their clients needs. After a year of health trouble my skin was terrible. So was my confidence. Since I started my sessions, everyone asks me if I am reversing in age. Thank you. I cannot give enough praise to this group of amazing people or the relaxing treatment you will receive simply by showing up, I have very sensitive skin and can happily say that my skin looks and feels great. Just do it. Book your appointment. You won't have any regrets.

I come here for regular facial and half body treatment for half of year now. Even within half of year, they have already upgraded their equipment and product. Jonathan, Adriana and Clara are super friendly and professional. I can sense they really care about my wellbeing and always find way to help me look better and healthier. I highly recommend everyone try their free trail section, then you can decide if the treatment suits you.

I visit MEDI SPA LA BELLA yesterday after getting Adriana’s survey. I got free consultation after that survey and visit yesterday evening.. Adriana and Jonathan was very kind and welcomed me with warm heart. After basic Paperwork Jonathan brief me about who they are , what they do etc.. after that he helped me with packages, prices and also he make sure that I can get best from the visit..After that Adriana came to see me.. she explained me about the procedure, what to expect in terms of results and all . She also answered me all my questions with nice and politely and make sure I understood it.After that I try the face spa for the very first time in my life and it feels so good.. it was really nice and relaxing experience..Ambiance is very nice. Pretty clean and get like relaxing vibes from the place as well.Overall I would say it is very nice experience..
