Really disappointed with my experience dealing with Duvanco Homes and owner Dustin specifically. After reaching out several times to discuss a situation with a home they built I cannot get a return call as promised multiple times to discuss the situation .......really disappointed !

Personally I have nothing but great things to say about their homes. The structural layout of our place is intuitive and thoughtful. The air/ furnace/ ventilation of our home is also very thoughtful and effective in its purpose. The touches are so so nice. They are clearly striving to make a very good home and they have one very happy customer in me.

Quite literally one of the worst run companies I have ever seen. Good home build horrendous after sales service. Once they have your money their care level becomes less than zero.

I bought a new townhome from Duvanco and everything seemed well built and Dustin was friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend them, although I don’t recommend Quinte Design for a kitchen because their cupboards cracked and peeled within 5 months of install.

Duvanco homes has been exceptionally well though out from the selection process till the end we had great support from their side.There wasn’t a lot of upgrades we had to add because it was already included as standardI have been living in a Duvanco home for the last three years and could only found minor issuesI highly recommend them over any other new home builders in belleville
