Been calling for 3 weeks with busy signal now today message says office closed for 1 week....

I'd probably give this place a zero if I could. Calling Dr. Tan's number just gives you a dial-up tone for about 30 seconds before automatically ending the call. The receptionist seems to be unwilling to do their job and should honestly be fired. I called the clinic (after it not going through the first time; something about not being available), and the receptionist straight up refused to take any of my information or set up an appointment. This was on the 27th of October. She took my phone number and said she would call the next day to get my info. Big surprise, that did not happen. I attempted to call back to explain more after the first time I called, and got the not available" message again. Do they not want to be bothered by people trying to set up doctor appointments?It's not like I'm calling the doctor to set up an appointment to talk about something health related or anything. I need to discuss something that could be quite serious

I called to make a simple inquiry and the first thing I heard was Oh god what now". The receptionist was rude
