I had 6 full body laser treatments and honestly Milena did extremely well!!! She knows her job and does with patience. Results are really great and now I am only getting Brazilian laser treatment as that area needed more sessions. I am satisfied with the results. Highly recommend Milena for full body laser treatments.

Ehhh kinda the same thing everyone else is saying on here. You get a different person each time, they are all trained differently, so there is no standard there.Very mediocre place, I wouldn't go back for laser hair removal1 session, pros: girl understood the assignmentCons: she would do it in random places, it was obvious that it will grow in patches. She was my least favorite2 session, pros: probably my favorite as she was thorough and quick, did an amazing job, smart and efficient. Got every spot and I can tell she has done laser hair removal for awhileCons: she only did half of what she was supposed to and didn't understand the assignment, so I felt I didn't get what I paid for3 session, pros: she seems knowledgable and she is kindCons: however she seemed like she didn't know what she was doing and how to work the machine. I was there almost 3 times the amount I'm supposed too. Even putting on the gel took so long. And it was super awkward. It was clear she didn't have experience. She did one side... spun the bed 360 and did the other side. I couldnt feel anything compared to my 1st and 2nd sessions, there was zero pain from the zapping, only pressure from her pushing down too hard with the machine against me. I was there for so long i had to straighten my legs cuz they were getting sore. Just the most uncomfortable experience ever.There are better places

My hair removal laser sessions were made sure that I was comfortable during the whole process. The technician who handles the job communicates very well and is being gentle. All the staff are very professional and accommodating.

Been going here for several months for their laser hair removal and the experience has always been very pleasant! The staff are friendly, there are usually no wait times, and the treatment has been really effective. Would definitely recommend it, especially since they often have good deals on their packages.

I discovered SkinNatural laser when I purchased a Groupon about 6 years ago. I have gone back regularly. My experiences have always been great! Recently, I had micro needling with a new esthetician to me. Eva was very professional, confident, well versed in the pros and cons of the different treatments for my skin. She put me at ease and did a great job.
