I highly recommend Granton trailers for your next horse trailer purchase. No pressure sales, knowledgeable and friendly staff. One of the only horse trailer dealerships that is keeping up with the times posting inventory and info on social media and constantly updating the inventory on their website. They always have new trailers coming in directly from the manufacturers, they also have a steady stream of quality used trailers as they have built up a clientele that keeps coming back for more. I am extremely happy with my recent purchase.

Disappointing!I brought a snowmobile trailer that needed service to them after initially speaking to a very nice & helpful women in customer service.Once it was there they certainly didn’t seem interested in my business.I was told by Captain Obvious that trailer needed work and asked what I wanted to do & if I wanted to tow it out of their yard.The gentleman told me they were busy and their priority was preparing the new trailers that they had sold.I advised it was hard for me to determine a course of action if I didn’t know what service it needed.I got the feeling that I had to beg them to provide a quote and a timeframe for the necessary repairs.He reluctantly gave me a verbal quote and estimated time but said it depended on when they could find time to work on it.Considering it was mid snowmobile season and needing use of my trailer, I advised him I would have it towed to another service center.They charged me $173 for the verbal quote.I had the trailer towed to Traction were service was done in 5 days for less than 50% of Granton’s verbal quote.Overall bad experience!

I bought a custom trailer from Granton Trailers. All the staff were amazing throughout the entire process. Super knowledgeable and friendly. The trailer is everything I hoped for and my horses love it! I can't wait to do more business with them in the future!
