I was there to pick up a gift that I won by completing a survey. I was greeted by a nice staff, had great interaction. Merci. Getting there by bicycle was a bit tricky because the office is situated in an industrial area with no bike lane.

I am a new Client and asked the office to send a technician over to educate me on my furnace, heat water tank and maintenance practices. the technician took the time (at least half an hour if not more) to walk me through all the details and welcomed every question with a smile! overall happy with my initial experience! unfortunately, forgot the technician's name! nice and friendly guy! // UPDATE: been a client for 3 years now! service quality is still great!

I reached out to Gazifere with a few concerns and I must say I had an exceptional experience. The representative I spoke with was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The representative took the time to answer my concerns and guide me in the proper direction. Excellent customer service!!!!

My furnace cleaning was scheduled for the day we.had the recent ice storm so I was contacted to let me know they would call back for reschedule. Great. Then was contacted when most of the city was out of power, fortunately I had power and was able to accommodate. The technician was helpful and curtious. He noticed my water tank was missing a drip tube. He returned to install one and replaced our meter as well.Thank you Gazifere for taking care of me.
