We started looking for a Sauna in the fall and searched the internet and visited the cottage life show. I noticed Randy's sign when we drove through Apsley. Randy showed up for our appointment on time, he helped us customize the sauna for our needs and was available to answer all of my many questions. When we compared RG's all inclusive pricing and the ability to buy local, it was a no brainer.Randy was kind enough to lend us a rental sauna while we were waiting for ours to be completed. After a professional installation, Randy returned twice, once to re-caulk a joint and once to install drip edge on our metal roof. We couldn't be happier with Randy and RG Saunas.

Really happy with the sauna we got from RG Saunas. It's been a huge quality of life improvement, and the care and craftsmanship that was put into building the sauna is obvious.
