Inflated pricing. They had a couch for $2800 that was 30% off…the regular price at The Bay for the exact same couch is $2200 and it was on sale for $1200!

6 months, 3 deliveries many broken promises and we are still waiting for issues to be resolved with the sofa we purchased 6 months ago. Stephane Carrer + other employees simply do not answer messages anymore, strongly recommend you purchase elsewhere.

The armchsir that I received is full of scratches, bolts are damaged and etc... these are not what I saw and ordered... clearly they picked the damaged ones...

Poor service, they didn’t even measure the right height for the chairs we bought, one staff cannot be trusted with taking simple measures, and doesn’t take the blame. What a joke

I love dealing with Philippe there ! He’s awesome and straightforward. They always switch up the showroom, I don’t even bother looking at other stores because you can tell how passionate and honest Philippe is. Have purchased in the past and will purchase again :)

They need to get their working hours straight. I Arrived 25min before 18h and is closed. I called a Sunday’ and the lady at phone says one yes go pick it up. There is no pickup possible on Sunday’s the lady at the reception gives me the schedule for pickups. None of them tells the true. I’ve been here twice for nothing.
