Great service and very reliable! I don’t usually write a review but this company is exceptional! They listen to our requests and accommodates perfectly. The staff and caregivers are very friendly. Price is very reasonable as well. All in all great experience.

West Coast Care has an incredible team, both in the office and the care givers who enter your home. They take the time to get to know you so the care givers they match fit. And if they don't a replacement is found right away. Always professional but most importantly the whole team cared about our family. Though we no longer need their services we are still in touch with our main two care givers who have become a part of the family. I highly recommend their services.

West Coast In Home Care provided home care for our Mother in 2017. Their caregivers were responsible, caring, took appropriate initiative, were respectful and established good rapport with our Mom. Their client care manager, Marta, readily adjusted the level of care as needs changed, responded quickly to any concerns, kept in close contact with her employees and had good communication with the family. A very positive experience with this company helped our family greatly through a difficult time. We would recommend their service without reservation.

The service here was wonderful, top to bottom. Everyone had a smile on their face and took care of my loved ones. They were there to listen and there to respond if they needed anything as well. I highly recommend West Coast In-Care!! You won't regret it :)

I dont normally review but our father has been looked after by the most compassionate and caring staff I have ever seen. He requires a special care plan, in which the staff has exceeded our expectations for our family. They have been very reliable too when we have needed additional care which has been a huge stress relief.Lastly the prices have been more than reasonable which has been another huge relief considering how expensive things are these days.Thanks again for all you do for our family :)

I highly recommend this company for all your in home care needs whether it be for yourself or a loved one, this is family run business for the past 11 years and so they truly personalize your care plans and treat you like their own. There is no contract attached so you have options to discontinue services when they are no longer needed, with the business being local we received care in a timely manner and also felt great about who we were choosing for our situation, we can’t say enough amazing things about these wonderful people who we consider family now!

My mother had beginning stages of Dementia, and I reached out to West Coast Care for services. They did a thorough assesment of my mother and worked in a very professional manner. The caregivers that helped my mother were one better than the other...all of them very experienced and friendly. Would not hesitate to reccomend their services
