We had purchased a 2020 Edge from a dealership in Hamilton. The pre- collision warning was going off prematurely so we took it in as it was still under warranty. This dealership charged us part of their inspection, told us it was a cracked sensor from an accident, said they wouldn't even submit it to Ford Canada because they wouldn't get their money back and gave us a 1800. estimate to fix. This made no sense to us. There was no accident, Absolutely no evidence of one. They ignored our questions. Ford Canada was not helpful either as they told us it was an issue between the dealership and us. Friends told us to try a different dealership as none of this was fair.I went to Terrace and spoke with Darren. He was great. He listened, reviewed, took pictures and agreed that it didn't make sense. It should have been taken care of as the vehicle was under warranty. Darren scheduled a diagnostic and the issue was found and fixed!! ....and it was covered as it should have been.Thank you very much to Darren and the maintenance staff at Terrace Ford. It was so nice to be listened to and treated like a valued costumer. You will be getting our business again in the future.

I've been going to Terrace Ford's Quick Lane since 2012. After purchasing my Edge in 2011 there, I've remained a committed customer due to their fast and efficient service. Whenever I've had any issue they have always been very accommodating and very professional. It seems like my best interests are always the priority. They supported me in advocating with corporate Ford when my vehicle had issues with the touch screen. I just can't say enough positives. Highly recommend Brenda and her service team.

I purchased 2020 Ford Fusion with 44000km. After driving 2 weeks, I took my car for an oil change. My mechanic noticed inside of tires were bald. Plus one of the tires had bulging side wall. My mechanic told me this shouldn't have passed the safety inspection.I contacted dealer and dealer told me tires were fine when mechanic checked it. I told him there is no way tires were worn that fast.Dealer insisted tires were fine two weeks ago. Please see pictures after driving two weeks following the safety checks. Judge it for yourself.I don't believe dealer even checked tire condition.Please don't waste your time and money.They don't care about safety.

I visited them a year ago to buy a car. So they advised me to get extended warranty, gap and tire and rim replacement. So i did end up getting all these services which of course i pay for. What happened was that i had a bursted tire and i gave them the tire 3 months ago. Since then I’ve been trying to contact them. Basically they’re just putting me on hold for hours, passing the issue around or ignoring it. I did not expect this type of treatment or customer service when i was getting the car. All the sweet talking and promises were only made to me when i was purchasing the car. After that there is no sense of empathy and respect for there clients. All I’m hearing is that it will come in 1 day or 2 days. All they are still doing it is prolonging the issue. I was not going to write this but i think this type of treatment was supposed to be addressed. So, other people are careful before getting these extra services and waste their hard earned money.

This was my first purchase in Toronto , everyone here is so helpful specially Moustafa!He helped me out in every aspect , be it negotiating the price of the car, servicing the car, and making me understand how things work here when you buy a car in Toronto.Even the sales manager was friendly and came up to congratulate me.

Definitely recommend to anyone who has lincoln or Ford vehicles to service cars here.Monday March 6th today I don't recommend this dealership as the mangers' are not going to respect your business and will think that we are the ones making scratches and dents to our vehicles after paying for getting the service done on the vehicle. I have wasted about 2 weeks and my car is not fixed. I will leave another update as my car goes back for service hopefully it will be different this time. 25-06-2023 got my vehicle back today it's not fixed after a total of 3 months in service. i am constantly being told to go to another dealership since they can not perform the work professionally.
