one of the best optometrist, ive been in my 20+ years of living in toronto. The staffs were amazing, polite, fast and professional! Dr. Andra Burroughs is a very skilled and professional optometrist who really cares for her patients, even new ones! she will make you feel very comfortable and at ease and will even throw in a joke or two to break the ice.I called in, and went for an eye exam on the same day as there was a last minute opening spot. Needless to say, i was extremely impressed on how swift, accurate and professional all the staffs worked. the entire process, including the wait time was less than 30 minutes! I am extremely happy that my eyes have finally found a new home!

I Had an eye exam at this place and it was an amazing experience! Dr. Burroughs was very professional, helped clarify any questions that I had throughout the process, highly recommend her!The staff was also very professional, helpful, and friendly! helped me throughout the process from the pre-test to helping me pick new glasses!I recommend this place to anyone needing to get their eye exam done or anything related.

I can only speak positively about my experiences at Sheppard Leslie Optometry. All 3 Maral’s are incredibly friendly and provide exceptional customer service. Dr. Andra Burroughs is extremely knowledgeable and caring professional who attentively listens to all my concerns. The office is always clean and has a wide selection of eye glasses. Definitely a place I prefer to go for my eye exams.

Sheppard Leslie Optometry
There are two optometrists in this optometry. I just paid my second visit early this month. Both of them were patient and thorough when I had my regular eye exams done. No issues were raised when I used the prescription to get new pair of glasses. It's my plan to stick with this optometry. In terms of pricing, I would say it's quite reasonable given the good quality of the service.

Went in today to shop for a new pair of glasses. Normally I'm indecisive about this type of thing, and I've been to numerous other locations unable to find the right pair for me in part due to the staff not really being of much assistance. However, the friendly staff here gave me insight and suggestions and I can finally say I was able to make the right choice with their help and selection of frames, not to mention the reasonable prices. Maral was especially cheerful and helpful in assisting me. Will definitely be returning in the future!

Dr. Burroughs is so great. I've seen her twice now for my eye exams. She is very personable and explains the results of my tests in a way that I can understand. The front desk staff were friendly and parking was free and easy!

I’ve been going to Shepherd Leslie optometry since I was a child and it’s always been a great experience. From the receptionist that beat you up front to the doctors that do your exams everyone is absolutely amazing highly recommend.

My experience was amazing, from the front desk to Maral to Dr.Burroughs. Dr.Burroughs was patient and genuine in her approach. She took the time to explain everything and I felt well cared for. Overall Great experience!
