They are very kind but...I was really disappointed about the whole thing... it took them a full 10 mins to soak and give me a pedicure! They wash their tools in the sink with dish soap...And I left there anxious to get hometo wash my feet and legs!Not happy and won't be going back

I wouldn’t even give this place one star . The only person with some decency there is the older man. It’s quantity over quality for this place . The owner is obnoxious they talk about people in their own language. Make fun of whoever comes in.It’s not clean at all . They take anyone who walks in the door even when they’re fully booked with appointments. I waited there once for two hours as they took people before me that walked through the door and I had an appointment.They also do not match the prices on their wall . Every time you go there it is a different price for the same thing . They are still using the curved nails . The owner basically forces people to get shellac so she can charge more . Cost me thirty dollars for a dirty waxing job .Long story short, I got my eyebrows and upper lip waxed last year. When I went home, my lip and eyebrows were so itchy so numb and I had a little pimples all over me. I didn’t think much of it. I just thought it was a reaction. I went back there this year, and the same thing happened but even worse. I went to the doctor and it ended up being a bacteria infection on my skin, because the wax was either old or it wasn’t clean and it was full of bacteria. She also rushed and ripped it off so hard that irritated skin even more . Not to mention she missed a bunch of spots .To the owner of this place , please get your priorities straight, clean up your shop and stop taking so many people that you can’t handle keeping up with sanitary measures. Money isn’t everything.people’s heath is more important. My face is covered in pimples and bacteria because of you and your poorly managed establishment.

I found my new nail salon for my self-care!! I must have been lucky because I got the owner. She's extremely friendly and extremely funny to boot. I love this place!!! Prices are cheaper than others!If you are lost and struggling trying to find a new place I guarantee you, you will not be disappointed.

Would never go back here, the place is filthy and unsanitary. The man doing my nails took out a cuticle cutter from his drawer and dipped it in the acetone I was soaking my nails in as a way to “sanitize” it. The polish they use is cheap - it bubbled and changed colors within a day.

Long wait time, very rude staff, refill shellac excludes the nail polish! Ridiculous. Cut my skin while removing cuticles. Cost 28$+tax basically 33$CAD to leave with nails looking like this. Do not recommend. Worst experience and staff ever.

Amazing place with amazing women ! They took me right away no appointment and went above and beyond.I asked for really short nails because I work and she took her time to make them.perfect.She took her time and made sure I was happy with my nails. She is so talented with her nail designs and she was the sweetest woman! Would recommend this salon to anyone looking to get a manicure or acrylics ! Can't wait to go back again!
