I am most impressed with this company. Very caring, personable and professional, starting with the receptionist who was very personable and right up to the trustee John. I had the good fortune of working with Bethany in the Stoney Creek office. She made me feel very comfortable and not judged, which is major when dealing with debt management and complicated situations. The individuals my husband and I dealt with were helpful, knowledgeable and caring. Most of all they knew their job and did it with our interests in mind. We initially met with them in the first week of the pandemic (March 2020). Before we walked in, we knew what was required to start the process. They looked at our situation and suggested that a consumer proposal rather than a bankruptcy would be more appropriate. At that point they took over. Major relief for us. The pandemic resulted in no response from creditors. My queries were handled politely and professionally even though the matter was out of their control. During this period our contact went on maternity leave. The transition was handled smoothly. As they had received no response from our creditors by mid August they, after checking with us, took the initiative to pursue and resolve the matter. At all times they spoke to our concerns as if we were the only file that existed. They conveyed the impression of really caring about our situation. This first summer and fall of the pandemic was not a quiet time for them. They even understood that in the future our situation might change and clearly outlined responses which could be made at that time. In the fall of 2020 all necessary matters were completed with an agreement to pay a certain amount on a certain date monthly. We pay that amount monthly. They do not bother us. That is a wonderful state of affairs when dealing with debt issues.This company knows what they are doing. They care about you as an individual. A reasonable - in your terms - situation is set up. They resolve all issues that come up. A message is sent to you to remind you of any upcoming appointments. Then they leave you alone. They will set you at ease personally and financially. Great individuals in a great company.

MNP and their representatives are tremendously helpful in assisting me get control over my debt. Their staff are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and attentive to my situation. Thanks to MNP I am now debt free and working to rebuild my credit. They negotiated and consolidated on my behalf. They discussed the best course of action to start rebuilding my credit as well as ways to stay debt free by budgeting. I was able to make larger payments to reduce the time it took to repay my debt without any drawbacks.
