Here is something unusual: Sean McCann is the only real estate agent that listened to us. Over the years, we dealt with and/or interviewed many real estate professionals. They only had one thing in mind: price the house for a quick sale and they would not listen to any of the points we tried to make. They would cite comps from different parts of Ottawa to convince us to list it at a lower price point. To them, our house was a commodity that was made up of a certain number of rooms, baths and lot size. Sean explained the market trends, presented relevant comps, but he also understood what was special about our house and never treated it as a commodity. Trevor is literally the best.I was a paranoid first time home buyer with lots of questions.
