Food there is mediocre at best. The staff are very disrespectful, condescending and rude. The customer service is awful. Prices are astronomically high, even for kosher food. My only recommendation is to stay as far away from them as possible. Don't give them business, they don't deserve it.

The French Fries are excellent that Jerusalem Express makes. They are made fresh, not frozen, and one can ask for lightly done, regular done, or well-done. They are always willing to please their customers. The portions are gigantic. Service is very fast, efficient, and friendly at all times.

Every time I visit my grandma, I visit this burger joint. It's good. No, it's very good. However, you probably won't feel good about yourself after eating here - the food is greasy and unhealthy.Great for your taste buds, terrible for everything else.

Missed so much this taste. Highly recommend for those to taste Israely food. Surprised to speak Hebrew at the order. Tasty shawarma and highly recommend falafel.

Best grill in town and best price. Always fresh, very friendly staff that makes you want to come back. You must try it. And softest and tastiest shawarmaCHEZ BENY'S shawarma is dry and it break your teeth

Pricing issues and smaller portions sizes than before. And even worse serving Jewish customers before others. Will not be going back and don't suggest you going either unless Jewish I guess, you will probably have much better service.

Tastes good BUT so cheap on the portions! Really, how expensive are vegetables or Turkish salad?! Thank goodness I was wearing my Chamsa necklace; I can only imagine what the server with the white hat was thinking!
