Not the greatest customer service experience, to be honest. And buyer beware on the stuffed toys/plushies.We realized a plushie was damaged only after we were home. I returned to the store the next day to exchange the item not aware of the store policy. The retail staff proceeded to gaslight me by saying that they don't do refunds/exchanges on plushies because we are confident in the quality of our product." The short guy in the glasses made sure to shadow me through every aisle. He’s either the most helpful person in this store and is subtlety making sure I’m finding what I need in every single aisle at every corner OR he’s racist.

The toys are pretty good. But the man standing in the cashier desk is very rude and unfriendly. He refused to share his name. I saw him working on 11-Feb 1: 30 PM time.

Low quality items that look nice on the surface but are quite cheap. It's a Dollarama with some lipstick. They seem to inflate the price and then claim it's on sale. Don't be deceived.

One of your associates very obviously followed me around the store as I picked items to buy. I left what I wanted and immediately left. If you’re worried about stealing maybe politely ask the customer if they can leave the items at the front while they browse instead of insulting them by following them around. This happened on December 8 around 6-7pm
