The online booking and email reminders are great, especially during covid restrictions. The office is also beautiful if you have to go in person, clean, modern. 5/5My family and I have the best doctor for us, always welcoming, open, knowledgable. I feel humanized and in good hands. He calls back for our « estimated phone appoint time » if i missed the call. And makes sure it’s a good time for me once I pick up. 5/5Reception is not always smooth, mostly due to the long waiting times. But their filling and comms is on point. I’d also say the customer service has improved over the last year, and It’s hard balancing both taking the time to help everyone and responding quickly. Maybe a automatic callback system could help.3/5Thanks !

Heard many good things from a colleague so decided to try it out especially since distance wise it is very accessible and seemed less complicated than most clinics. The clinic gives a very good first impression considering it looks modern and my first over the phone appointment was pleasant. The doctor with whom I had spoken over the phone gave me an in person appointment, considering it was an emergency, two days later which I appreciated. As I was on my way to the clinic, 50 minutes before my appointment the clinic called me to advise the doctor had never shown up and they wanted to reschedule my appointment for the following week when already waiting those two days in pain was a lot. I had to stay on the phone with a very impolite receptionist for over 30 minutes until she figured out a way to keep my appointment for the same day.Lastly. A week later I was supposed to have a follow up to see how I’m reacting to the medication (no improvement therefore I was excited and eager to speak to the doctor). The doctor calls me 17 minuteslater than the given time and I miss the call. I call back 2 minutes later stay on the line for 45 minutes for the receptionist to tell me “Our appointment times are never fixed however the doctor will call you a second time throughout the day so you should not worry.”I waited until 4pm (since they close at 5) to call back and when I did, waited another 30 minutes over the phone to get an answer. The receptionist in these exact words told me “Oh I see he didn’t call you back a second time and that happened with a couple of other patients today too I dont know why”.I asked her to get a call back asap since I was not responding well to the medication and I need to know my results. She had absolutely no interest in how urgent the situation was and gave me an appointment for the end of the week 4 days after.I agree with all the previous comments that your reception needs a major reconfiguration. Firing everyone and hiring more client friendly personnel would probably be a good place to start. Oh and maybe doctors that show up to their appointments cause I dont know, don’t they take an oath?

The nurses and staff are very welcoming. However, it’s been more than one month and I haven’t gotten my results back. I already phoned three times. The first time, after two weeks, the person who answered the phone said they already had my results and were waiting for the doctor to verify them. I just called today (the third time), and they said they would release my results, but didn’t. I’m really disappointed with their service and I’m definitely not going back there again.

Very unprofessional.I made an appointment in advance only to be told it was cancelled 45min before my scheduled time. As I was already on the way, they told me to come in and they would see me.When I arrived the doctor called me via phone and said we would proceed with a phone consultation.. while we were both physically in the building and the nurse confirmed that he was here in the back. I asked him why he would not just come out and speak to me, as I was sitting right in the waiting room and my french is not perfect, but he said it would just be easier on the phone. When it was finally over and I went to my pharmacy to pick up my prescription, they informed me that the doctor never sent any prescription and when I tried to call the clinic, they were closed.I found the service to not only be unprofessional but incredibly disrespectful.

As an owner of this clinic, I would be worried if I would see so many negative reviews of the receptionist behaviour and I would keep on the contract with these useless personnel. Fire them all and hire more professional people that actually like their jobs and willing to go above and beyond to help the patients. Really frustrating to see some of these people who openly hate their careers at these essentially costumer service positions.Update: just look at the ridiculous copy/pasted response to this review, it will tell you a lot about the extend that they really care about improving customer experience.

The doctors and nurses are very professional and caring. They truly know what they care for and make you feel important and valued. 100% recommand on the medical team side.BUTThe reception and the whole process of getting an actual appointment or getting in touch with your own doctor in case of emergencies or questions or whatever valid reason is: IMPOSSIBLE. I've had test results lost by staff, call refused to be transferred to physicians even with valid concerns, appointment changed without consent or even being told of the change, appointments changed and told by receptionist to be telemedecine while my doctor expecting me in person therefore ending up being penalized and blamed for not showing up. Also calls or emails with no recall or follow through from the clinic. Waited 45min on line just to be hung up on and having to call and wait again. Etc.etc etc...This problem seems to be recurrent and can, will possibly have harmful repercussions on clients, especially the most vulnerable ones. The whole reception team and communication procedures need to be a priority and assessed asap.

The receptionist are very rude and unprofessional! Not transparent too with their services. I requested for a prescription and test they didn’t tell me about their lab not being opened they just took my money and gave me a prescription.

Nice doctors, not so nice receptionists. No basic greeting when you come in, they’ll glance up at you after you’ve waited sufficiently long, and then reluctantly check you in. General sense of not wanting to help the patient. Luckily the doctors make up for it - mostly young and eager to help, they’re willing to go out of their way to assist you.

The WORST clinic. Every experience I’ve had there has been awful. The actual medical staff is competent but the reception is fundamentally inept. I arrived at 11:40 for an 11:45 appointment, checked in, and was told to have a seat. TWO HOURS LATER I HAD STILL NOT BEEN SEEN BY MY DOCTOR. When I checked with a different receptionist, she first couldn’t find my appointment (this is after confirming my appointment 2 days earlier, then filling out the covid questionnaire prior to the visit) then she went to check with the receptionist who had allegedly checked me in, and it turns out great instead of checking me in, the receptionist MARKED ME AS A NO-SHOW, despite the fact that I was SITTING RIGHT THERE FOR TWO HOURS!!!!!!!And this is only the most recent experience. Previously, they had totally screwed up my appointment time, and again, when I showed up for my appointment, they hadn’t updated the appointment to the one that THE DOCTOR HAD SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED. This, among other screw-ups during that visit. If you can help it, DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC. Go to the SIDEP on Visitation for anything you can get done there, they’re much more proficient and efficient and they don’t charge extra fees for transporting samples. The ONLY REASON I chose to book an appointment at Quorum again was because I wanted a follow-up with my doctor on previous visits since he’s familiar with my recent history. But it’s not worth it. He may be a good doctor, but the clinic is an absolute nightmare. I will be finding another clinic and another doctor.

Unhelpful receptionists and doctors are barely ever there to help. Don't expect to ever get a call back, never had one and called several times. There is zero emphasis on being proactive on the health front and unfortunately in hard times they were not there. Look for somewhere else that's more supportive. They work with no empathy, this place is a joke.
