Best Western Plus Airport Inn & Suites

I have stayed here twice and the staff are amazing and the free breakfast and pub" are delicious. But both times I stayed I can hear everything happening in the room above me

Stayed there this month. Had a gawd awful noise coming from the HVAC unit every 20 minutes (unit was turned off). It started later in the evening and went through the night otherwise we would have changed rooms. Upon checkout we notified the front desk who downplayed the noise until we showed them our video. We requested a call back from the Manager but never received one. We completed the post-stay survey and the Manager finally got back to us with their cookie cutter response and no action. Would not recommend this hotel for the simple fact that Management was useless addressing our concerns. I sincerely hope the next guests didn't have to deal with the noise.

Amaze to find a nice comfy Hotel , service excellent and the atmosphere wow !!!Very clean and the rooms are amazing definitely recommend to all Thanks guys .

It wasn't bad but it wasn't outstanding would sum up our experience at this hotel. The staff were great and very accommodating as we had our dog with us, but the room we got that was pet friendly" was sub par at best. The furniture had been previously ruined by other animals staying in said room and i could definitely smell a strong odour. For how costly the room was for one night

10 mins from YXE, clean and easy... continental breakfast is above average

Great prices on really nice rooms with an excellent continental breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. One of the best places to stay while in Saskatoon.

Very clean hotel. The staff are friendly and professional. Good food at the continental breakfast. Quiet atmosphere and a great sleep.

Hallways and elevator was filthy. Rooms are poorly sound proofed for adjacent and upper rooms, hallway and traffic noise. Check in staff seemed disinterested in providing any friendly reception. One issue required the intervention of the manager on duty, and while some effort was made to rectify an issue, they fell short of basic expectation. They claim to have high standards and always say they try their best in these reviews, but don't be fooled. They don't really care for anything other than your money. This shows quite well at this hotel for cleanliness. I can't wait to see their response to my review as they dodge accountability quite well

As a contractor, I travel all over Canada as contractors we rely on the breakfast in the morning especially if we have to be on site and don’t have time to stop at a Tim Hortons or a McDonald’s. I have to leave the hotel 5:50 to make it to work on time, breakfast doesn’t start until 6 o’clock instead of letting me grab a hot meal 10 minutes into breakfast room opening like every other hotel I have ever been to they force me to take a cold bag breakfast, which consists of an apple, a yoghurt and a muffin three completely unhealthy items to start my day, yogurt, full of sugar, apple, full of sugar and muffin full of sugar for the amount of money. My company contributes towards this franchise it’s sad to say they couldn’t even let me grab a warm meal in the morning because the breakfast lady needs time to prepare. I am sorry, but this new rule that they have enforced is ridiculous. I feel like it’s Covid all over again. . I would never recommend anyone to stay at a hotel that you pay good money for and doesn’t allow you to grab a warm meal 10 minutes before the breakfast room opens whatever happened to the kindness out of peoples hearts. It’s not like 300 people are piling into the breakfast room here for three weeks. I think I’ll just pack my stuff and find a different hotel. Working 14 hour days it’s difficult to wake up ahead of time to go get a coffee and something warm when it’s offered at the hotel apparently not.

Had a good 3 night stay here.The pool and jacuzzi is a nice, large area and the cleanliness and temperature in both were better than the previous hotel I was in.The lady at the front desk was personable and helpful.Only things that brings down the rating was the bed; the mattress is very uncomfortable; hard, lumpy, ridged around the edges - to the point where I found the couch was easier to get comfortable on. Mattress toppers at the least would improve this, but maybe they are just due for some new ones. Nice that they are pet friendly, though I didn't bring one of mine, it was nice to know that I could have.Overall I would come back here, but hope they address the bed comfort situation.
