I have made several purchases at Wallaces in the past year. GAIL was very helpful with items we were recycling" into more modern pieces. Liam did an excellent job creating the perfect bracelets. The other sales staff were both courteous and helpful on other occasions when when we visited the store. I live in Ottawa and have more than enough choices for jewelry stores. Personally I prefer going to shop where people call me by my name and not a number."

My Husband and I bought our rings/bands from Wallace's, and we can not say enough amazing things about the quality and service we received from them. As a couple who did not know what they were doing (LOL) - we left feeling we had the best experience! Thank you so so much!

I’ve never been so dissatisfied with a jewellery store. I will never return to purchase anything or have any repairs done again. Brought two bracelets in for repair in June 2022, was given an estimate for both repairs of 165+ HST. that was very expensive. When my bracelets were picked up, there was an extra charge of $50 plus HST that was not approved. Once I looked at the repairs that were done, I was very disappointed the gold bracelet that needed repairs was not completely done. Gail told me, that she had never marked it down and must have forgotten it. Then I received another estimate of $60-$65 plus HST on August 8 to finish the repairs that should have been done in the first place. I then asked Gail to get my bracelet back and to issue a credit for the overcharge. I feel that I was not treated fairly, since the repair on my bracelet that was not done, was the main reason I had brought it in to the store. Thank you, Gail for your professional services from an unsatisfied customer. Only one other thing it’s not very professional to slander another jewellery store that was in your town. Just an update had my bracelet repaired in Ottawa for $30 instead of the estimate I was given from Wallace for 60 or $65 what a rip off for a repair that should have been done in the first place People beware.

I highly recommend this jewelry store. The customer service is above and beyond every single time I go in. I cannot possibly give a better recommendation. Will always go back!

I've never been so insulted in my whole life...I brought my fiances chain to be fixed ....they switched it with someone else's chain...my fiance chain was a 30 128 grams xl franco chain and they kept it for 2 weeks and then gave a us a chain of 28"25 grams and not even the same link...then told us that it was his chain ...we have all the proof it s not but we will see them in court .....please don't bring your jewlery there to be fixed go to real stores ......."
