Delay 3 times with unknown deadline, they blame on the 3rd party dry cleaner they use and not their fault. Overall unprofessional, and below avg. service.Came on Monday, lady said agree Thursday pickup is good, came in Thursday they said Friday, Friday said Saturday, came Saturday said will text on Monday.At the moment still have not received. Unreliable and unprofessional.1 star, won’t repeat or reccomend.

Clothing came back with a weird smell, like they were sprayed with Febreeze. I paid for dry cleaning - it's supposed to come back smelling like nothing.

Terrible experience with Nettoyeur Victoria. I brought them 4 shirts, they destroyed one (can't wear it anymore), one shirt was dirty and the white shirt wasn't even cleaned... They will blame their partner for what happened but it is just a dumb excuse... Avoid this shop at any cost...

I brought my pants for dry clean its a 300$ pants, They lost it and don’t want to do anything about it, i dont recommend anybody to trust them with expensive clothes.You better go to a real cleaner with machines on sight and with a computer system that records what goes in and out, not with a book ✍️ like 50 years ago

Can shorten t-shirts that are too long, and repair torn up clothes (not all but some).Not exactly free but pretty good service. They take a while (usually a little under a week) to get it done.

I have used their dry cleaning few times and it never disappointed. I also cleaned my winter coats there, it was on a more pricey side but they cleaned it well. They have pleasant communications - don't know any other good services in the area so I will continue using their services.
