I got quotes from several companies and Lucky 5 was the best balance of price and professionalism. Pricing in the quote was also very transparent which cannot be understated in the reno industry. We refreshed an entire house, beautiful paint job, modernized washrooms. Entire process was very smooth.Roger was very responsive and overdelivered on communication and helpfulness.The quality of a contractor's craftmanship really matters and they delivered. I had a different company renovate a shower at a different property before and they skipped small steps that we see Lucky 5 did not. Very happy. They made this house look like it was brand new.

Usually I don't leave reviews but Lucky 5 Group is the best. They helped me do a full fixturing of my bubble tea shop from empty shell to grand opening. Owen and Derek made everything very easy and everything I needed was taken care of right away. The best and most important part is that they completed my entire buildout in a month (ahead of schedule) and it was within the construction budget. It's not easy to open a business during these times but it was made easier knowing Lucky 5 was on the job.

Awesome job guys. So happy with the end result! Owen and his team of workers were courteous, friendly and very responsive; my new master bathroom suite was well done, on budget and completed within the time frame specified in the contract. We'll hire them again for any future remodeling projects.

We had a major project with Lucky 5 Group. From the first meeting to finalizing contract and picking materials, Owen, Derek, Michael and the rest of their team did not let us down. I would rate them the highest in professionalism, availability, flexibility and quality of finished work. Owen returned my calls within minutes, every time. We had several design changes and he was able to accommodate for a fee and still finish on time. Michael is very detail oriented and helped with design ideas and professional finishes.If I had to do it over, I would take more time to be more specific on materials brands/styles/sizes on final finishes although Owen's taste is pretty good. Share lots of photos of what you are looking for and they'll deliver.Overall, I am very happy with this company and definitely reach out to them for future projects.Now that they are done, it is kinda boring here. I miss the interactions I had with them.

Full condo renovations including removal of non-load bearing walls, all flooring, kitchen, bathroom and repainting. Project was very seamless including an itemized budget, easy communication, and deadlines met. I cannot thank Roger and his team enough - Lucky5 did a fantastic job, and Roger turned a stressful project into an easy one. As promised! Full house renovation. They gave me a project timeline of 30 days and it got done in 30 days! Great quality of work; Owen is very responsive. Michael, the project manager was great. He ensured that their team was working in a streamline process. My friends and neighbours were surprised at how fast and efficient everything got done. I have recommend lucky5 to friends, family and anyone reading this review.

We had our Basement completely renovated by Lucky 5 Group and Roger and his team did a fantastic job. The work was done on schedule with the least amount of inconvenience to us and on budget. Working with Roger was a pleasure and I would recommend Lucky 5 Group and Roger without hesitation.
