Our 12-year old indoor cat went missing. We reached out to Pet Searchers, and Parker responded to our email promptly, even on a Sunday afternoon. He talked to me patiently and suggested some solutions. He was friendly and professional, which was reassuring.Our cat is back home and we’re so very grateful!Sincerely, thank you!

I highly recommend them as one of the rare places that you can refer to them when your love one is lost. So having them is very encouraging. They are also very responsive, polite and sound professional. BUT our lost cat came back to home before they start searching and they only refunded the travel fee not the main fee. Although, they had told us in advance that they cannot return our payment and I understand their business limitations, but I still think it was too much for ding nothing. I think they can set up a cancellation fee like many other businesses.

My dog, Prompto, went missing in October for 16 days!!!! There were so many sightings but he was just so quick!! I kept in contact with Al and finally after a long 2 weeks he had made another appearance.. I quickly called Al and the next morning we caught him within 45 minutes of heading to his last sighting. Definitely recommend if you've got a skittish pet!

Our beloved house cat escaped in an urban area, and we had no immediate luck with searching and flyers. We contacted Petsearchers, and they acted immediately. Al and Parker forever changed our lives for the better as they found our girl Suki who had just arrived in Canada as a foster before getting spooked and sliding out of her harness. Their calming and reassuring attitudes made us know she was going to be found and after 36 hours she was. Thank you so much to the entire team for their selflessness and work to reunite scared owners with scared pups.

I don’t even have words for how amazing Parker and his team are. For the past 3 nights I haven’t slept searching everywhere looking for my indoor cat that jumped out of my balcony window. Luna has never been outside before so my mind raced to worst case scenarios and I searched all over the neighborhood looking for her. I got in contact with Petsearchers and scheduled for them to come out this morning to assist with her search. In the meantime prior to the appointment, Parker provided me with valuable information on how to set up the live traps and times I should be keeping watch for my cat. Luna did not go for the live traps as she was really scared and wanted to remain hidden. Parker and his dog Hunter came out this morning and got right to tracking Luna by her scent. Within less than an hour they located Luna to some nearby shrubs from where she went missing. I had scoured that area multiple times for her but she was not responding to me when I was calling for her by name. A big thank you to Pet Searchers, Parker, & Hunter the bloodhound for bringing my little girl home!!! I highly recommend this team they are doing truly incredible work reuniting lost pets to their families. ❤️

I can't put in to words how thankful I am for Al, Parker and the whole Petsearchers team. Our very skittish rescue Mina managed to get out around 9:00 pm and was no where to be found.After searching for over 12 hours through harsh snowy conditions we managed to get in contact with Al where he promptly came up with a game plan. He reassured us and although we knew nothing was guaranteed, we felt some relief knowing we had professionals on the job.Later that day there was a sighting and the Petsearchers team were on site immediately. They were able to track her wandering near a dangerous wooded area where she was finally caught.Again thank you everyone on the Petsearchers team!
