Jobans service was excellent and quick. I dropped my phone off for screen repair was told 30 minutes and was done in no more than 20 mins. I would recommend this place to many people and forsure be a returning customer.

I strongly recommend this company! I had a dead screen on my S21 Plus, and Ishant and his team quickly diagnosed the issue. They even had the necessary part available and replaced the OLED screen within an hour. Their prices were competitive with online resellers, and the new screen now has a lifetime warranty. They provided great service at a reasonable cost, and I am grateful for their help in getting my phone working again.

Omg I met Joban at the Symons Valley location in Calgary and she was amazing. I walked in at 6.45 pm (they close at 7pm) and she was so helpful. She stayed until 8pm to fixed my phone. Super patient. I'm so grateful for her.

I thought my life was over because I had confirmation for eight hotel rooms on my iPhone and the phone locked and I could do nothing to unlock it. I panicked. I went to the Dr. Phone Fix -Evanston and the lady there calmed me down, fixed the phone within 20 seconds and then did not even charge me. She was amazing and I thank her from the bottom of my heart. Thank you.

Had issue with my phone on a sunday night at 6pm and I tried to call this store despite seeing that they've closed. Joban picked the call and went out of her way to assist. the phone got fixed within an hour. So happy for the saervice rendered.
