Anderson's East Side Sewage

Neighbor saw the driver stop, open his tank and drop sewage all over our road. Now it SMELLS TERRIBLE and is probably a bio hazard. Pictures are 6 hours after the incident and it was still wet in places.

Used Anderson for a septic tank pump out. Here's what happened.July 3: driver arrives for scheduled septic tank pump out.Received a phone call from the driver. His truck had become stuck in the driveway and he needed another truck from the fleet to tow him out.Driver calls back later to say he's been towed out and has completed the sewage tank pump out, but that the driveway now has deep ruts from his truck that make it impossible to drive on.He is very apologetic and says he won't charge for the sewage pump out, and will arrange to get a tractor to fix and level the driveway ASAP.July 7: driveway is not fixed. Called and left a message. No response.July 12: driveway is not fixed. Called and left a message.July 13: received callback from their office. Very apologetic, and promise to get the driveway fixed ASAP.July 21: driveway is not fixed. Called and left a message. No callback.July 29: driveway is not fixed. Called and spoke to the office.Receptionist says she has spoken to the boss, and since the driver did not charge for the septic pump, the boss said I should have to pay for them to send someone to fix the driveway since that's, and I quote, only fair".I remind them that the driver said he wouldn't charge for the septic pump-out completely by his own choice.Asking me to pay to repair damage caused by their vehicles is not acceptable.I ask that the boss contact me to discuss this. Receptionist agrees to pass on the message to the boss to contact me.August 11: no phone call from boss or anyone else at Anderson. Driveway is still not fixed.Use this company at your own risk."

Unbelievably amazing Kind and professional. We were in a bit of a bind with our tank almost being full after a busy weekend. Had more guests coming, When I called and explained the situation they actually moved us ahead just to make sure we wouldn’t have any issues. The girl on the phone dealing with us was absolutely amazing and had such great customer service skills. Will ALWAYS recommend them. THANK-YOU ANDERSON SEPTIC !!
