Cardy Vacuum

The brush on my Hoover wind tunnel vacuum was not working and there was minimal suction. The problems were quickly identified and corrected. Excellent service, thank you!!

Prompt service, repairs as explained, very reasonable price. I do not purchase any vacuum but used their repairs/cleaning services for my overused Dysons. Highly recommend.

Mike was incredibly helpful and friendly. He dismantled my vacuum brush and gave it a thorough cleaning inside (and out)!!!It works so much better now.Great service!

I highly recommend Candy Vacuum. The east end location has knowledgeable and friendly staff. I brought my vacuum to get the plug fixed and they did it on the spot. The also cleaned the inside and outside of the vacuum and gave me a new filter and fresh bag for free. Incredibly great experience. I’ll be returning there when I need a new vacuum for sure.

Very knowledgeable people who answered our questions fully, demonstrated everything. They ask questions to know exactly what will be your best fit and you can tell it's truly good customer service and they're not just trying to sell you the most expensive thing. Really good store for a new vaccuum :)

Had a problem with our vacuum and brought it to the Orleans location. Turns out the issue was minor (a button was jammed for the carpet setting on one of the brushes) and they fixed it at no charge. The service itself was excellent, wonderful people working there. Would definately recommend. Will certinatly be returning in the future. Thank you Cardy Vacuum!

I called Cardy to see if they had a part for my discontinued Kenmore vacuum. They said that since Kenmore (Sears) is out of business it would be difficult if not impossible to find parts but none the less, they asked that I drop off the vacuum and that they would take a look at it to possibly provide a used replacement part. I took it over immediately and the technician was readily available to look at it and fixed it with a used part in less than 30 seconds. I was beyond impressed and grateful for the quick and efficient service. The best part is that they only wanted to charge me $8! I would have gladly paid much more for such great service and for being able to provide the part. Thank you for your honesty and great service!

Prepaid for a special order that was supposed to arrive in a couple of weeks. When it hadn’t arrived after 8 weeks it was easy to receive a refund. When the product finally arrived 12 weeks later I went to pick up arriving 5 minutes before closing. I apologized right away for coming last minute but country roads had been bad on my 40 minute drive to pick up. Even though the open sign was still lit it was very obvious how much trouble it was to serve me. I was handed my product and told it was paid for. When I honestly said I still had to pay for it it was like I was putting them out and it was too much trouble to do as they had closed down the cash. I should have walked off with the product when he said it was paid for but I am not that kind of person. I will never return. Tried to support small local business but Amazon is nicer to deal with.

Very knowledgeable, I had been looking for a part for my vacuum at several locations before coming here. I was finally helped when the employee explained the vacuum I had was discontinued. They had the part I was looking for! Amazing service, I got what I needed!
