John Pace is second to none. Had an issue with frozen pipes and they were on it straight away, got everything fixed in no time. Would recommend across the board.

It can be hard to find a reliable plumber for small jobs. I chanced on Pace about a year ago and have used them maybe a half-dozen times now. They have always been very prompt getting someone out, everyone's been friendly, and I've been happy with the work and the price.

They were courteous on the phone and able to squeeze me in fairly quickly on a non-urgent job. The plumber offered 2 solutions, allowing me to pick the cheaper option without feeling pressured. Would use again.

I have been a customer of Pace Plumbing for more than 10 years. They are unbelievably responsive, knowledgeable, reliable, trustworthy and always tell you all the options available to ensure you can make an informed decision. I’m from a small town originally and Pace gives you the kind of friendly service typical of small town business but with the broad service experience that comes from serving all types of buildings in a busy urban centre. It’s not always easy to find this kind of service in a city where you need to bring services into your home but know nothing about them. So when I find a service line this - I like to let folks know about it. I can’t recommend them enough! If there was a sixth star - I’d give it to them.

Purchased and installed a Rheem water heater through Pace recently. The guys came, disconnected the old unit, adjusted the lines for the new one, installed a drip drain a free 'leak alarm' and took the old one away. Good service!

These guys are great. We've had the same workman 3 separate times now and always a positive experience. Not sure what happened with the one star responses but I gladly give them 5 stars. Definitely reccomend.

The plumber was very professional and knowledgeable and solved the problem of our low hot water pressure in the kitchen sink in a short amount of time. They unistalled the existing faucet end cleaned it out totally and reinstalled it in working order as well and replacing the taps underneath to prevent anymore problems. Very satisfied

Couldn't ask for better service - they were able to come to my house quickly, got the job done in a timely matter, didn't leave a mess, and the price was very reasonable.

Had a clogged toilet on a statutory holiday and Pace guys were here and problem fixed in less than one hr from time I called. Have used used them in the past for a new hot water furnace and new atresian well jet pump and tank. Always great service.
