After a few issues with Xplornet, I had Canadaconnex visit. Great techs, took the time to get things right. Now I'm getting consistent connection.Grateful for team like Canadaconnex.Thank you!

Couldn't be happier with these guys, yea they missed an appointment but thats life some jobs take longer then you expect. That said, they installed a tower for me, they weren't happy with my speed so they installed a second pole, stayed late do get it done. I'm now getting super fast speed with an unlimited plan. Very happy, thanks guys!

Such amazing service !! Came out the day after I called, I have 25/125 with data extend so it’s unlimited !! Runs Netflix and everything after data used up. Techs were so knowledgeable.

I was living with friends in North Lancaster who signed up for satellite service through them after being promised LTE 'in a few months'Turns out that was not going to happen at all and was a lie.. 100 GB/month @ 16 megabits and 650 ms ping at over 100$/month is a total rip off. You will never get less than 600 ms ping time because the satellite they are using is at geostationary orbit of 35,000 KM. After 100 GB the speed drops to about 1 megabit. Uploads count against your 100 GB limit, even though the upload speed is only about 1.5-2 megabits. You cannot game online with this service, the latency is far too high. You can go through the entire monthly limit in less than a week watching a few hours of netflix per day.. I do not recommend their service at all, instead I recommend that you wait for starlink as it will be deployed in the next few months and will be MUCH better.This company is not providing any service of their own, instead they're re-selling xplornet who in turn is re-selling Echostar (A company from the states)The photo I've attached to this review is an example of cloud-cover that can completely block the internet signal knocking out your connection.

So far very unimpressed, have been given 3 different installation windows so now I am unsure if i missed them and have called back three times to try to confirm what is going on and no one gets back to you. Just sure were gonna look into it and then nothing....what the heck.

I do not usually write reviews, but I am so frustrated that I do not want any other person to have to expereince what we have. For over one month, we have been trying to get a technician out to our new home, we have phone calls confirming dates and times and my husband took days off work with out pay waiting for them to come. Each time there was a no show, we called Arthur and he guaranteed us that the technician would be out the next visit. Guess what? no technician, there was always an excuse and false promises. I even wondered if this was a legit company because there are so many scammers out there. I really do not know what to think. This is four no shows and no phone calls to explain why or any updates. We have contacted explorenet to report them as they use this company as a service. My next move is Better Business Bureau. Please think twice before calling this company for service, I do not want you to be in this situation.

Like so many other reviewers I have had multiple no shows, useless lazy individuals, and, today, a guy who would not even look at the job having driven here because it required a ladder. Which is why the previous installer failed. Unresponsive, false promises. They make xplornet look bad, but then again xplornet should not subcontract to a firm so famously useless

1 star service from a bunch of lying cowards. I just got left on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on without her even returning.The call was to ask why they stood us up on internet installation twice in one week. Good luck growing your business like that buddy .Arthur you have all my information if you want to meet somewhere and settle this
