After day surgery went to have prescription filled. Told me it had to be filled by Compound pharmacy. When in fact she could have filled the pain meds and I could have the second half filled by compound pharmacy. Spent the whole night in pain because of this.

worst pharmacist I've ever dealt with he has looked over notes from my doctor multiple times resulting in me not getting my medication for a extra month. doesn't take his time at all just rush's and doesn't pay attention, as well as being rude and condescending if you want a good experience do not use this pharmacy.

Living in James Bay for over 20yrs…. This place has the rudest staff in the hood. I have never passed along my comments until now, today will be the last day I enter that storeThe woman in the post office was rude, then then guy behind the front counter was rude. Unacceptable!!I started using the post office on Yates St. downtown over a year ago, they are a 10/10. Perhaps your staff should go learn about proper customer servicefrom some kind folk.

Rats EVERYWHERE. and they are BUFF. HEAVILY MUSCLED RATS were everywhere. I'm pretty sure they were there for steroids. I told the older man behind the counter and he told me the rats are his BOSS. He pulled off his hat and showed me a rat controlling him by the hair in order to make the pills, like a Breaking Bad special edition version of Ratatouille. Shocked, horrified, and a LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR LIFE NOW.3/5 more rats next time

I have been meaning to write this for awhile. The store is dog friendly which is a bonus when I need to pick up prescriptions I can walk the dog there and multitask. The pharmacy is super helpful, friendly and with Covid they looked into how much diabetes supplies I could stock up on incase of loss of employment and benefits without any hesitation . Additionally the ladies at the post office actually went out of their way to save me money at Christmas. I had two small packages going to the same address (one was for my grandmother in care of my mom) and they would of cost me $18 each. She found me a box that they would both fit in because they were sold out of their Canada post brand and the total cost was $18 for both together. I thought she went above and beyond what she needed to do especially at a busy time of year. The people here just care and will continue to get my business.

I understand that working in the post office near Christmas must be stressful. However, it does not excuse bad behaviour. I was there this evening (Nov 25) to mail 2 small parcels for 48.00. Apparently it was a big inconvenience to the clerk when I asked to borrow a pen, she actually sighed out loud as she threw the pen at me. I sincerely hope you have a better day tomorrow, or perhaps customer service is not your best choice of career.

Open extended hours and has post office in back. Great pharmacy staff, and all store staff will go out of their way to help. Interesting" selection of gifts and everyday items that should fill most of your needs at average prices. Improved card plan if you are a frequent shopper is a plus."

PHARMASAVE staff are excellent and so helpful. The post office staff are outstanding. They are knowledgeable and work with grace even under pressure.

Excellent Pharmasave branch, located at the heart of James Bay (and next door to the walk-in clinic). Prices tend to be average as pharmacies go, but the staff are friendly and always willing to assist. Extra kudos to the pharmacists and other pharmacy staff, who are extremely helpful and responsive. Dispensing fees are a little higher than most other chains, but this is offset by the quality of the staff and the convenient location. P.S. Very grateful for the sub-post office at the back, as I remember when the local sub-P.O. closed down and for a while we didn't have one!

The store is pretty useful - incorporating as it does a wide range of little things that the neighbourhood needs.The Pharmacy is a different matter. I suppose that on a technical level they are no different than anywhere else. In terms of its staff, they do have at least one staff member who seems to be longing for a different time - one where a bureaucrat can weild infinite, and infinitely arbrary, power and be celebrated for it. This is one of the support staff and you have to wonder about the whole place when the pharmacists, the supposed managers of this operation, are oblivious to the aggressively unhelpful service this individual takes pride in.Fortunately, it is super easy to transfer your prescriptions to a different pharmacy - which I have done.
