FIX AUTO HULL

Took one month to get in, they didn’t complete the job as they said they were missing parts. They made me pay for the service regardless and have yet to call me back in to complete the transaction. They owe me a tail light and the repair to my quarter panel was sub standard! It has been a month and a half. I have ordered the light from three different suppliers just to see if it was backed up and all three were in stock and ready to ship! Very poor communication and customer service!

The estimate was done promptly, and the repair on our Subaru Outback (a fender and bumper replacement) was executed quickly and to a high standard. Paint matches perfectly, and all the parts are properly lined up. The customer service person who handles the phone calls has a brash manner, but she is actually quite good-natured and cheerful. They offered us a nice loaner car to use while the repair was being done. The crew forgot to reconnect a turn-signal cable, but fixed the problem immediately when I pointed it out. It's a trivial error, so I gave them five stars anyway. :)

Well organized place to take your vehicle for accident repairs. Office staff was welcoming (speaking both English and French). The took my meets and proceeded to wash my car first, and then the estimator met with me, discussed the accident, asked if I noticed any changes in car, and then proceeded to give the car a good look-over. Estimate was realistic. So far, very impressed.

They fixed my wife's car before covid but didn't finish the job. We kept calling and going and they would tell us to come later each time for various reasons. And now after 3 years, they lost most of our information and pictures to be able to fix the damages, they said THEMSELVES they would fix. I do not reccomend to anyone and will never go back.

Worst body shop you can think of, very bad services. They will never call you to update as promised. The technicians forget a lot. They never keep to their promise. The receptionist lady is very ruth, and very impolite and uses foul language... Had and accident and my insurance proposed this bodyshop. I went to the body shop and they did my car inspection and promised to call me. 1month they never called me. I did call them multiple times. Its took 2months for the body shop to replace my back brake lights and a scratch on my passenger door.After a week, that I collected my car, i discovered that they I had not fitting on a silver lining that runs through the passage door. The technician said it was his error. That he didn't know how he could forget it. That he will order the part and call me in a couple of days. After two weeks no call. I called auto fix the receptionist told me the technician is on holidays and there is nothing she could do to help me.I drove to auto fix myself and she repeated it and that I could call back in two or three weeks. I asked her if this technician took the body shop with him for his holidays and she said it wasn't my concern that if I keep talking they wouldn't help me. She wouldn't let me speak to her manager or any other person.I went back to my insurance. It took my insurance 3weeks to make this bodyshop to call me back just to tell me they were waiting for the part. It took this body shop 6months, from March 2018 to September 2018 to complete work on my car.My car had just a scratch on the passenger side door running though the back door and a broken back brake lights. A Mercedes.This body shop has zero customer service

I have had my car repaired here twice now, and have had great service. Everyone who I have encountered were friendly, ensuring that I was taken care of. Repairs were done within a week of dropping off.

Very professional, helpful and knowledge. Mike had always updated me with any changes of what was being done, how the whole process works, and polite and patience throughout.
