Black Duck Cove Provincial Park
I love coming to this place. It starts warming up in June, and the seaweed should be cleaned up off the beach some time in July. This is a great place to see birds or just come out and relax for a bit. You can also go looking for all the hidden little rocks with cute pictures painted on them!There is a loop around the park that takes about 30 minutes to walk and a canteen with two bathrooms and lots of items on the menu! Come visit!

A nice beach with protected water (no surf to speak of), warm enough for getting in to cool off, and a lovely 2 mile hiking trail with wonderful views en route.

The trails are fine and the views are beautiful. The general public not allowed to use the washrooms. They are reserved for only the staff.Canteen on site too.

Black Duck Cove is an excellent municipal park with a fantastic ,2- mile walking trail with gorgeous views. It is in Little Dover, about 5 miles from Canso, so it is not a high volume tourist destination.If you are in he area, be sure to drop by and also plan to eat at the ,Canteen

Nice walk beach was nice and clean not big but nice and sandy. The take out food was very good . We were there 2 times in just over a week and both times food was great.

Nice park on the oeacn, pathways are easy to walk on. Great place take pictures, enjoy the view or have a swim an picnic
