Excellent from Start to finish - I was welcomed by friendly staff immediately upon walking in the store. The store is very clean and modern. I had an iced tea from the fridge as I browsed and waited for my exam.They tightened my sun glasses for me and cleaned them for me before I went into my exam!After my exam, I was assisted in selecting my first pair of glasses ever! The wonderful young lady who assisted me was very helpful and accommodating. Extremely patient as I finally came to a decision.I would recommend this place for sure!

Very upset with how my friend was treated here and when trying to fix the problem she was told she should have done her research. What kind of manager says that? Someone with no idea what to expect wasn't explained anything, overcharged for glasses that she can't afford and only heard the price when payment was due. Under the Alberta Consumer Rights, we have the right NOT to be grossly overcharged, and here my friend is crying that her bill came up to be the equivalent of 1 month's rent. It doesn't matter that nobody made her pay"

Everyone should go here! The staff are knowledgeable and honest about every part of the process. From having my prescription checked (and re-confirmed when I was having issues with sample contacts), to the hunt for new frames.This clinic also carries a really wide variety of frames at all price points! I was very pleased to find affordable brand name glasses without having to sacrifice on the quality or style.Thanks for all your help - I am so glad I chose to check this place out!

Went to see Dr. Grewal after getting something in my eye. He was able to accommodate me in his busy schedule with a walk-in appointment. Great service and knowledgeable doctor! Would definitely recommend.

I paid $700 for a pair of glasses. When they arrived, the lenses were too thick for the frames, causing them to slide off my face whenever I looked down. They hit the ground and broke. It took 2 weeks to repair them. They refused to give me a refund and told me to just not look down when I wear them. $700 down the drain.

Dr.Grewal is excellent!! I am very pleased with the quality of service he provided for my young children. He is honest, trustworthy and reliable. He took the time to listen to my concerns and provide thorough answers. I would highly recommend for young children as well!

I'm so glad that I found this clinic. It's a beautiful & well maintained place that is on a convenient location. It's a plus that it is on my way going home from work & vice versa. This is my go to clinic now. The filipina regular staff was very helpful. She had the patience to assist me & my daughter to choose the right design & right size of eyeglasses for us. She even adjusted my other sunglasses for me. Great selections of eyeglasses, even for kids! The doctor who did my daughter's eye check up was very helpful & knowledgeable, he explained his findings thoroughly. It seems they have nice updated equipment/technology for eye check up too that is very important.
