Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I would like to begin the survey by saying “WORST RENTAL SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE”. My original booking was from 13 Oct, Thu to 15 Oct Sat. Due to some change in plan, I would be coming late on 15. The store would have closed by the time I reach Coquitlam. So, I was trying to request to add one more day to my rental that way I can return the car back on Sunday. Turns out store would be closed on Sunday so store was asking me to book to 4 days in total which would double my original booking. I tried to explain it would become unaffordable to book for 4 days. I requested them to charge for three days and I can drop back on Monday even before the store opens. When Anurag who was handling my reservation went to the manager to ask what they can do in this situation before even Anurag completes his sentence Maddy said a hard cold NO. This upset me because I was not asking for any discount or free days of rental because the car be sitting in my parking lot after Saturday evening. It did not make any sense for me to pay 4 days with an additional $29 a day of insurance. They offered my charger as a free upgrade, but I had to pass on the offer since it has a bigger engine that would affect the budget of my trip. At that point, I would had to cancel my reservation and my plan to attend my convocation with my parents who came from India to attend my ceremony. I am sure he would have acted as per policy.I also felt discriminated against because a customer who might have taken his charger half hour ago had to come back and cancel the reservation due to unforeseen reasons. Mandy accommodates with full refund with no penalty not even charging for a day’s use. Why the special treatment for him, where was the policy procedure then? This affected me mentally so much that I received one of the biggest, good news of my life and could not enjoy it. Neither could I happily enjoy my Convocation because the whole rental experience kept going on and on in loop.The car I received was dirty and not properly cleaned. There were spray marks on the windshield, creating lots of glare from headlights from on-coming traffic. I had to pull over and clean it myself. The fuel tank was not full either, so I had to stop at the gas station to refuel. Due to this, I reached late at my destination.I choose Enterprise over hertz which was right beside my home at a walking distance because of the phenomenal service I received from Kamloops. Uhaul left me hanging at the last moment and I had to move out everything was packed. Manmeet and Sufal went above and beyond to find me a truck for my dates with rates lower than Uhaul even though it was last minute booking. They also let me drop off vehicles at off hours. So that I won’t have to pay for the time I would not be using the truck. Shout out for the Manmeet and Sufal for exceptional service and coming as a angel in rough time. Shout out for tha mady as well for providing unpleasant and mentally disturbing service. It is not like I do not understand the term upto managers’ discretion. I was not trying to exploit by demanding something unreasonable.I have all the pictures to prove my experience. The final nail in the coffin was when I went to drop car back on 15th morning. I see an after-hours drop off snigs all around the store. I feel robbed because I was not asking for anything for free I was offering to pay for the third day as well. Neither could I enjoy any bit of the trip and neither could my family because I was upset about the whole situation. I am never coming back to enterprise and I would as my friends and family to do the same as well. I am going to post this same review on google as well. I rented a car once from here and my experience was really good. The staff called in advance to confirm my booking, when I arrived, they gave me few options and helped me to decide which one is best for my need (I needed a car to drive out of town where there is snow).During the trip I found the it was the best choice. Definitely will rent again from this office.Thanks to Mehdi and Gagandeep.

I've rented from Enterprise number of times. They don't mind to deliver your car to your location ( work, home or hotel) or give youride if needed. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable always explaining your optional coverage without being pushy.And more than once I was given free upgrade when the car that I wanted initially wasn't available.

Rented a car here a few weeks ago for 5 days and had a stress free experience. Great customer service from Jahnavi and Dante!We had foreign debit cards (UK) and managed to use them as a credit card to rent the car after advice from the manager.

Johnavi was really helpful and professional. She was able to find me the best car that would fit my needs during the time I needed the rental car. The whole team including Deep over there is considerate about your needs and I would definitely come back to them for any rental cars I would need in the future. They are also super flexible with the hours whenever you need to return the vehicle. I’ll Highly recommend them! Thanks again for all the help!

I had guests over the weekend and rented a 7-seat Dodge car for 4 days and paid over 500 CAD for it, but the car seemed to have issues and started to shake every time I used the brake. I also called the office several times and was finally able to speak with a staff and let them know. Not satisfied with the car's quality, price and the service I received.

Had a nightmare story with this car rental place.My car was totalled summer last year. Icbc provided me with a rental car. Which was fine. I got a small rock chip on windshield. Usually, 1 windshield chip was free for any icbc insurance. Until they wanted the whole windshield replaced! Which cost me $500.00 and I called them to negotiate and they refused.Please be careful when dealing with them. They will try to squeeze the every bit of money out of you!

I had a great experience with them, and more specific with Dante. He was so kind and informative, the car was pretty much new, he gave me a ride. Excellent customer service. Thank you!

Great auto rental experience, and fantastic service from Gagan and Anurag! They didn't have enough staff on the weekend when I was picking up my rental, so they kindly reimbursed my Uber fare. The SUV that they rented out to me was just what I needed for the long weekend drive to Whistler, and felt thoroughly comfortable driving in the snowy and bumpy mountain roads. Having seat warmers and a steering wheel warmer in the sub-zero temperatures was a big plus! Wonderful chatty ride with Moe who dropped me back home at the conclusion of my trip. Enterprise is the best, and seldom have they disappointed in my 8 years of renting their cars in the US and Canada!

Price as doubled since April.Economics car was 45$ a day now 90$Very disappointing. Had great service there. Will go somewhere else now.Shame
