Sunterra Market, West Market Square

Wow! What a great store! I didn’t have time to shop through the entire store but I would love to go back and explore all the different parts. I was in there to buy a specific item, which a helpful employee was able to help me find.

We come to this Sunterra west market location ALL THE TIME! It is perfect for quick stops, fresh deli items, produce and ready meals and sides for healthy convenience!Here’s another cool thing — they have a restaurant inside that is inexpensive for a quick meal and stop. It has a laid back feel and the staff are incredible - always smiling!

Came here to dine in for lunch before shopping for groceries with my family on June 14. We have loved this location for years, and the food, as always, is amazing. The woman who was cleaning the restaurant area and delivering the food was so kind, and the man in the kitchen who double checked to see if they had the ingredients we asked for was very nice as well. However, the woman taking our food order was extremely rude and impatient with us. She kept rolling her eyes and tapping her pen. She treated my sister, who speaks slowly due to medical issues, as if she was dumb and a burden for saying her order slowly. However she was very nice and accommodating to the guests who came before and after us. I understand our group was slow, but I never expected such rudeness and aggression.

Great selection of goods you often cannot find at other grocery stores. Hot food dining & cafe are exceptional. Staff working at bakery section are always so friendly!!!

This is an expensive place to do your grocery shopping but I like the atmosphere of the store, very clean and nice arrangement of items. Additionaly, it's not a busy place so you can do your shopping calmly. The bakery section is very nice. Also, they have prepared food to eat there or to take out. There are some tables to have your food there.

Recently got a pork rib BBQ meal from the deli, the 3 ribs more than 50% fat, making them mostly inedible. The silver skin also wasn’t removed from the ribs, not a big deal, but an indicator of poor preparation. Potato salad was made entirely of mashed potatoes, an odd choice, rough cut shallots on top of them didn’t do much to save that sinking ship. Coleslaw was obviously more than a little bit old. While none of this is a huge deal, I don’t feel that it’s a good value for 19$ given the portion size. Ended up throwing most of the meal away.Years ago I stopped buying from the deli after I bit into a rogue unpitted date in a broccoli salad. Tonight I was pressed for time and decided to buy from the Sunterra deli, only to have a repeat poor performance.The bakery and cheese table here are good, the produce is high quality albeit expensive. I find it hard to recommend that anyone attends the hot and cold food counters though, I’ve been disappointed time and again.

Staff are always super friendly and helpful. Quality foods. The hot bar is delicious. I have had multiple things and never disappointed. Definitely recommend.

Large variety of instore foods like a full bakery, meats, salads, sauces, dips, meal items and a takeout or eat in option for burgers or pasta and more. A lot of produce too. Summer is good to shop there too, can eat outside.

I just had to do the math, but I have been shopping at this Sunterra location for 20-years. Love this location. The staff are always very friendly. There are a lot of long-term staff, and that shows to me that it is a good place to work.Clearly, the prices are higher than Superstore, so don't go in expecting Giant Tiger prices, c'mon people. The selection is always great and lots of items that are convenient for quick dinners. We often come in to get fresh squeezed OJ, and items for dinner when we don't want to cook!Our last Christmas dinner got a bit thrown off and we had to do some improvising last minute. We ended up buying a turkduckin from Sunterra. It was so good! This is definitely the place to go to when you want good meat products, particularly pork, as that is initially how Sunterra was started, they were pork producers! Love the wide range of items and pre-made meals to try. We don't go here for our regular grocery shopping, but if we need specialty items and want charcuterie items, this is the place to go.
