Absolute 10/10 experience! The design is modern and beautiful, the staff welcoming and attentive and the views of the city - absolutely stunning. Each sauna in uniquely designed with peek-a-boo window views of the inner harbour. My friends and I enjoyed relaxing in the chairs between sauna/cold plunging - taking in the views, but you don’t feel “on display” at all thanks to the creative landscaping and design. The topper? Watching the sunset over the ocean from the hot tub. Magic!

It’s a world class experience. Stunning views from the best saunas and hot tubs in town.The warmth and professionalism of the staff, the beauty of the craftsmanship, and the serenity and rejuvenating nature of the saunas and tubs are fantastic. All 5 of us thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

Absolutely beautiful aesthetic and very relaxing. We were in town from the States for a triathlon and visiting friends and this was a great experience to enjoy the scenery of the inner harbor and watch the sun set from the seat of a hot tub. The design is stunning - check out the windows and different perspectives from each of the saunas.Would highly recommend!

Awesome addition to the inner harbour. Very beautiful location and fantastic place to spend 3 hours.The best things:Books you can read while you're thereAmazing hair dryersThe salt scrub!!!The tea.Great staff.A few notes though.Their robes only fit to about a women's size 20/22. If you're a larger man or woman, you'll need to prepare yourself to bring your own robe or go without.Variety of seating is good but there are only 2 loungers and no foot rests, so if you like to stretch out you may be out of luck. The majority of the seats are very narrow uncomfortable wooden chairs but they probably make up 50%. The rest are great.Consider bringing ear plugs. It's very easy to relax on the deck but it is a busy working harbour downtown, so there are float planes and skateboards and boats etc. That you can hear.They use rain showers in all their showers so there's no way to avoid getting your hair wet, especially in the change rooms. No wash cloths, just towels.Ill definitely be going back, just slightly better prepared

Beautiful space, a very clean and inviting environment. The views of the inner harbour are stunning while relaxing in the hot tubs. We left feeling amazing. I recommend going in the morning when downtown is a bit quieter and the sun is not fully overhead. Allows for more opportunities for shade. Stay the full 3 hours if you can and enjoy all the space has to offer.

A unique outdoor spa experience…right in the heart of Victoria! After the hot sauna and cold plunge, I loved lounging in the chairs looking out over the inner harbour and watching the sun set! Three hours went by quickly. The grasses & trees & windows & views were wonderful. I look forward to coming back to experience it in the winter!

My husband and I had such a such a wonderful experience here today. Exploring all of the different areas and things to try on the ship was somehow both relaxing and energizing. The staff were so friendly and professional. Havn thought of every detail, right down to the delicious herbal tea. This is not just for tourists - that view of the Inner-Harbour from a hot tub is not one to miss, even for a local.

Had the most incredible experience at HAVN! This place is truly made for everyone whether you are an avid sauna and wellness lover, or just want to relax in the hot tubs overlooking the beautiful ocean view and soak in the sun while connecting with friends in the luxurious lounge areas. The saunas are all different temperatures so you can find the perfect one for you, and there are two different cold pools if you want the cold refresh but can't take the icy cold! The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable and the atmosphere is incredible. Even though you are in the heart of downtown it feels like you are on vacation surrounded by nature in this urban oasis. Truly couldn't recommend it more!

This was such a wonderful experience. It truly elevated our vacation and was very special. The staff are so incredibly friendly and attentive to their patrons. This facility is clean and fresh and has a no cell phone policy.I really liked this because it creates a safe environment for ladies and men to enjoy relaxing in their bathing suits.My only thing is guests... Bring sunscreen!
