The 3 men who came were extremely helpful, polite, and did everything I asked of them....which was more than I had planned, but my back gave out on me. One man stayed at the truck and so I felt very secure in knowing my stuff was safe....as less than a month earlier I saw a moving truck with nobody there and some stuff packed and a man walked in off the streets and I had to threaten a 911 call so that he would get down and leave. They didn't damage anything, And were super helpful in last minute tidying up and clearing so that I didn't feel the need to check up on them. Can't thank they enough to removal of excess boxes to recycle, packing last couple of boxes carefully, and even unloading my specials carefully from my car at the far end. Couldn't have asked for more. I'll recommend your company anytime, and use you if I ever move again.

We have just used this awesome company to have our stuff transported across Canada. The two guys, Abbas and his partner where great. Very polite, well mannered, awesome packing job in the transfer truck. 2 days later i get a call and its there already, lol we left same time driving and we are only half way.Great talking with the office staff that helped me get this all setup. Very well explained. Invoiced after each payment.I'd recommend this company to any person looking for long or short distance moves.Thank you guys

This was my first moving experience without the help of my parents. The Emergency Hub Movers team is absolutely STELLAR at the service they provide. I cannot rave about them enough. Firstly, they provided an extremely competitive moving rate compared to all other companies I contacted. They also made me feel like a priority. Their associates called me throughout the week to ensure my booking was completed and that my move in time was set. Secondly, the two movers who assisted me today were prompt. I cannot say enough good things about the two movers I had. These gentlemen were speedy, efficient and most of all so very courteous. I am incredibly thankful to this company because my move was completely hassle free. This entire company was such a breath of fresh air. I have seen such horrible reviews for other competitor companies and it’s what drove me to choose Emergency Hub and I’m so glad I did. I will absolutely be calling them in a few months to assist with another move my family will be making. Moving is such a stressful process but Emergency Hub makes it easy and hassle-free. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for taking care of me and my things. Businesses like yours are what make Toronto great!

They are very high professional and economical. I was amazed with their on time arrival and delivery. In fact they delivered my luggage one day before and with extreme care. They didn't charged me any extra or any hidden price on arrival. I moved from Toronto to Calgary and I highly recommend such professional company. Extremely happy with them!

DO NOT BOOK YOUR MOVE WITH EMERGENCY HUB MOVERS.They are highly unprofessional and do not take care of your belongings. I had my car shipped from Calgary to Montreal in early July 2020 and many things went wrong. They cracked my windshield, delivered the car in the middle of the night (4 AM EST) at an unscheduled time and added 2,000+ kms on the odometer (after we had an agreement that they were NOT to drive my car as it is a leased vehicle and I was paying them NOT to add unnecessary kms).I tried calling to resolve this issue in a professional and friendly manner, however Paul and Van were both very unresponsive and did not take accountability for anything even though I have before and after pictures serving as proof.Save the headache and book your move with a trusted moving company.

They quoted me an unbelievably low upfront price based on their estimate of weight. This happens on the day of the move after the “movers” load and drive the truck to the scale by themselves. They will report back a much heavier weight than the original estimate and demand that the difference in price be paid immediately. When they reached the unloading location they would not unload it until we paid them the amount, and said waiting charges will apply.However they did pack all the items carefully and safely using blankets, would recommend weighing your items before sending it in the truck.

I hired them to move an oversized couch, which they told me was no problem. When they arrived (49 min late) I was instantly told they couldn’t do it. The owner told me he would send more guys and would get it done - he never did and then told me I’d have to pay more. The movers were inexperienced with moving basic furniture - they scratch/damaged my furniture and scratch my walls and floors. The owner added terms and conditions to the terms of our contract after the contract was already made and the deposit made. The company is not insured, I found out as the movers were moving my stuff. As they didn’t do what I hired them to do which was move my couch, I requested a 50% refund, the owner refused. I requested they come back, prepared this time, and move my couch as initially hired to do. The owner wanted a significant amount more money to do it and then hung up on me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are scam artists.

I rarely make negative posts, but this company has not played fair on many accounts with my sister's move from Alberta to Montreal. She shipped her leased car and all her belongings, and too many things went wrong as follow:1. They were 3 weeks late on the shipment (was supposed to take 1 week and took 4)2. The leased car was not to be driven as every extra mileage on a leased car will be charged by the car dealer. Emergency Hub Movers drove the car on over 2,000 KM3. The leased car's windshield had a major crack when it arrived to Montreal and they never took responsibility for it (please see photo)4. Probably worst of all, is they showed up at our house at 4 AM EST to deliver the car and belongings with no notice as the delivery was scheduled for 1 PM EST. This must have been a ruse to deliver during night time so we don't notice the crack on the windshield.Then, when we tried to call them to settle this issue, they made many empty promises that they would take accountability and then never showed up and were unresponsive.Sadly our experience with Emergency Hub Movers and their staff has been very disappointing and we certainly hope this is not how they treat all their valued customers. This will be a long review but please read, it is a honest review of the service we received from this company.The price quoted for our move from Fort McMurray, Ab. to Windsor, On. was in line with the rest of the quotes we received. there was a pick up date and time set a week before pick up and it was explained that we were on a tight time on moving day due to flights and tenants moving into our house. the truck was 6.5 hours late for pick up, scheduled for 6 am and showed up at 12:30 pm. because of the late arrival for pick up the guys were rushing to load the truck. What we paid for, as per our contract, professional wrapping, detailed list of items (we did have our own) didn't get either, see wrapping pictures attached, they were moving things out to the truck and told us they would wrap it in the truck, it was never wrapped. I was told by Paul that this was my fault because i didn't ask for it to be wrapped. I had also asked that the items be delivered on the 20th of July, When they arrived in Toronto they asked if they could deliver that day because they didn't want to unload and load it again. so we agreed, again they were to arrive in Windsor at 2 pm and showed up at 9:30 pm. As they were unloading my wife and sons was pointing out the damaged items with no response from the movers they basically ignored them. I was at work and was texting Van to show him pictures, he said he was going to the house to look and he never did show up. They damaged over $11,000 worth of furniture.I have been getting the run around from this company for 3 weeks, and there is more than what is listed but don't want to keep ranting.these are all facts I have the text, emails, pictures to back up our service.very unprofessional company, eager to take payment but not back up the service promise. this is a honest and true review hope it helps someone make the correct decision for a moving company.also one of the reviews are made by employees, on of their 5 star review was made by the same person that sent me my invoice. I have the proof for that also.

Terrible service, STAY AWAY FROM IT.I was booked (and paid in advance) for a Saturday morning, at 7 AM, because I had to leave and clean the place by 11 AM. guess what? they arrived at 10 AM (3 hours LATE), after ignoring all my calls and text messages. Lazy workers, I wasn't planning to help, but I had to because at some point I realize it wouldn't be done before noon. After all, they forgot some U-haul equipment in my garage, and now I have to return it.It's a good price, but it's not worthy, pay more if you want high quality service.
