Sam really helped me out in my time in need and got me into my beautiful unit. Any problems I have had he has got it dealt with as fast as he was able to. Obviously there will always be problems with renting but with this company they do the very best to satisfy all their tenants. I recommend Theocharis brothers to anyone looking for affordable housing in Stratford Ontario. Keep up the good work.

I been living in Stratford since 2016 I have not rented from anyone else since I been here. I was renting from Peter until he passed away. Since than Sam have taken over. He has been good to my bf and I. Yes we need to get things fixed here but since covid 19 hit there isn't anything they can do at the moment. But if we do have emgercies Sam is always been there for us. We greatly appreciate what you have done for us and we will continue to rent from you. Thanks Sam and management

In fact, they are more than landlords and have become more like a family to me as an immigrant from African descent back ground with no siblings in the area...Without wanting to compare, and I could candidly voice my honest, I would admit the Theo Bros are the BEST property managers I have come across so far in this area. Lived at the Theocharis Brothers Property downtown London Ontario on Central street. It was a great experience while I was a graduate student studying at Western. The rent was reasonable and in one of the best locations in London for someone who enjoys walkability and being close to the action on Richmond Row.Anytime I asked for something to be fixed it was resolved within 24 hours. I would rent again from Sam!

My family and I have rented from theocharis brothers properties for 5 years now at 2 different properties we first rented an apartment the superintendent of that building alway made sure we had everything we needed and the appartment building was kept up. When we needed to move to a bigger place Peter Theocharis (may he R.I.P) was more than accommodating to getting us in a place in a timely manner. We have been in our current residence for 4 years now, Sam has always been available when I've needed to repair things in my home and gets what I need in a timely manner. If ever he's unavailable to take my call, Sam's response time for getting back to me is impeccable. If your looking for a place to rent I highly recommend theocharis Brothers properties. I am happy to be a tenant of theirs and hope to still be for many years to come, I know I can count on them to help me make their house to feel like my home!

One year ago, I had applied to so many units & had a hard time finding anything until I got in touch with Sam Theocharis. He made sure our unit was safe to move into as well as taking care of any repairs that needed done since. This unit is a perfect fit for our family & we are very thankful to have Sam as our landlord! Since moving into my apartment I have been so happy with the open communication, responsiveness and genuine care I’ve received from Sam and his team. My space was updated and clean for move-in and I have been able to make it my own with ease. I would recommend renting from Sam to anyone!

They’re main priority was to provide a quality space for their tenants to meet all ranges of needs. The Partners were lovely to work with and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again in the future.

I have been in my rental for some time now. I have not had any bad experiences with property management. If I have an issue i cannot fix myself it is typically dealt with in a timely fashion.with that said nothing is perfect. There are somethings I would like to see different but they are miniscule and does effect my quality of life at home.Since the change in management, I find it has been more engaging and proactive so I would say they are moving in the right direction. I have recommended Theocharis Brothers in the past and will continue to do so.I am happy with my apartment and have a good relationship with Sam.
