It was my first time needing professional movers (3-bedroom home from Gatineau to Ottawa) and this crew made it a great experience. They moved very quickly, took proper care of all my belongings, made sure not to damage either property and were generally just great people. Definitely recommend.

The logistics of moving will always be difficult. But, my recent experience with Déménagement André Bélair certainly relieved much of that pressure.From start to finish, the company did an excellent job; booking was easy, information was clear, the onsite team was professional and efficient, and -most importantly- my belongings were handled with care.

AND I was worried on how are they going to move this without damaging my walls.Well it went amazingly well no damages to my walls so I worried for nothing, because I had an amazing crew that came into do the move, I want to congratulate Richard, Lance and Olivier on my move. They were very careful and respectful and very clean, I was surprised that Olivier asked me if he can wash his hands prior to going upstairs to move the bedroom set.They came to the door very respectfully, clean had their face masks on due to COVID-19. They did an inspection of what had to be moved and they ran with it. All floors had been covered, all items had been wrapped and they worked very well together. And also this crew was bilingual when they noticed I spoke English they started to communicate to me in English… impressive…I highly recommend this moving company “Déménagement André Bélair” and this crew Richard, Lance, Olivier. Again please make sure that the crew has received this message, and I will make sure to recommend this company and crew to anyone that I know that needs a moving company. Again thank you for making this the best, smooth move ever and I have had several in the past and was not impressed like this one.And one other thing… when I called to book the moving company, the receptionist was very pleasant and Mr. Bélair you were as well when I booked this move, I had called other companies but nothing in comparison as you. Amazing experience!! Movers were very careful and respectful even had a carpet to protect the flooring !! Everything was wrapped + secure during the move. I would highly recommend this moving company!!! Thank you Olivier + his team for the BEST/SMOOTH MOVE!!!!!!!

Hey everyone,I worked for this company for 4 months. I highly recommend you make sure you request NEW bags for when they transport your bed,and clean covers for your couches.These guys have no clue about cross contamination. Two young guys are aware but the owner refuses to use NEW bags for each NEW costumers.AND MAKE SURE THEY HAVE THE PROPER TOOLS TO DISASSEMBLE YOUR DESK ETC.I'VE SEEN SOME DAMAGED ITEMS ALSO.

We were delighted with the crew who moved us from Gatineau to Ottawa this week. They were efficient, took excellent care of our belongings, and were very pleasant. Well done, gentlemen!

The movers worked hard and quickly to take my furniture and appliances down a many sets of stairs. They were very polite and patient. They were attentive to all my requests as they were moving. Everything got moved safely. I am very satisfied with my experience.Pauline and Peter

My husband cliff works for the company, they are truly an amazing team always get the job done and are very responsible for all belongings. Very friendly services. I would highly recommend they go above and beyond.
